Ipsy November 2015 Spoiler!

neither one is working for me. I shared IPSY a billion times on facebook and nothing.

Just what I don’t need…more mascara!!! WTH ipsy???? This is the EXACT reason I cancelled my sub two months ago!!!

Not sure if i’m allowed to post links but i found a website that claims the next ipsy glam bag will be a galaxy print.

I never get tired of mascara samples, so YAY!

Oh god, another mascara?
Seriously… I’ve only been on birch box and ipsy for 4 months, but between both of them and 1 target box, I have over 5 mascaras! what on earth?

To be honest, overload of mascaras is not as bad as getting dry shampoo (why, oh why?!?!?) and nail polish (don’t use) in EVERY. SINGLE. BAG

I have been with Ipsy since 2011 and have gotten two points redemption items the entire time since that started in 2013. One was some Klorane eye patches and the other was just a second makeup bag. I have gotten increasingly worse bags and low quality items, almost like they figure I won’t cancel because I’ve been subscribed for so long. However, that’s exactly what I’m doing now. Bye bye Ipsy.

I’m looking forward to it because I’d buy an expensive mascara only enjoying a sample. Otherwise I stick with favorite drugstore versions. (Birchbox gave mascara this month. In November everyone’s getting an LOC lip or eye shadow crayon.)

Honestly, I never mind getting mascaras, no matter how many I have. I love trying them and if it doesn’t work well for me, I toss it. I’d rather throw away a sample then shell out full price for something I’m not sure about. Isn’t that the whole point of sample subscriptions?

This is hands down the best mascara I have ever used.
I like cliniques, too faced, and benefit mascars and all are good but I like this one the best.

I have quite a few quality black mascara sample sizes that I’ve gotten from Ipsy but I’m okay with it. I won’t ever have to buy mascara again. Thanks for the spoiler!

Mascara ?????

Not happy about another black mascara! I can’t give the stuff away…meanwhile I have to buy brown mascara?

I have so many mascara samples now I could open a mascara sample store, so eh.

Same goes with black eyeliner.

I used to think Ipsy was the leader of the affordable subscription box pack, but lately I’m much more excited about Birchbox and BoxyCharm. I’ve gotten such a huge return on my earned Birchbox points, and BoxyCharm usually has large samples of amazing stuff. Those two have really upped their game lately. I wish Ipsy would kick it up a notch a little.

I agree with the post here on Ipsy’s points – I’ve been an Ipsy member forever and I have yet to see anything worthwhile come from the (meager) number of points they “award” members.

I sent this email to Ispy about the “points” system that they have. This is the first time that I have posted anything here, but it’s frustrating with the points for the sub.

I want to offer some (hopefully) constructive feedback. Just this morning I saw that there had been some other smaller point eligible items (chap stick) on My Subscription Addiction. So I hopped right over to see what was available. I have only gotten to 2 point gifts for the entire time that I have had Ispy, because I only review products, I do not do the referral stuff. A couple months ago, I wanted one of the crayon eye sticks that came in a sample box. By the time I was able to get enough points, it was gone.

It’s annoying to have points for under 1000 points, because it’s either out of stock or it’s a (in my opinion) not good items for me. I don’t really expect there is anything that can be done, but I think that the points process needs work for 2016. Either, don’t have them expire if an active participant or have more lower level items available.

I also think it’s cool that Birchbox offers “anniversary” samples in the box and extra discounts in their store at a saving higher than just a “regular”/short term subscriber.

I’m actually glad it’s mascara. I hated the one I got in my birchbox last month.

I use to love Ipsy. But their samples haven’t been great the last few months. Another mascara…ugh! I am going to give the till the end of the year.

Ipsy just added new (all natural) lip balms in pumpkin spice, Apple and I think peppermint – 100 point reward ! I am much more excited for this than the mascara sample. These are probably going to go fast so I wanted to post !

Ugh. The last couple of months I have gotten really low quality items in my Ipsy bag, and now this. I already have two mascaras I love (the Birchbox one in the From Korea With Love box, and W3LL mascara), and since I only wear mascara a couple of times a week (because my eyelashes are naturally black), how much more mascara do I really want? Especially since it’s just a plain black one. Play by Sephora doesn’t deliver to my area yet, but when it does, I’m not sure I can keep justifying a sub to Ipsy.

I’ll definitely give this a whirl. I’ve been getting both ipsy and Birchbox for almost two years, and I’ve only gotten three mascara samples. Eye shadow, though, that’s a different story. I’ll be in my 90s and still trying to get through all these neutral eye shadows!

If you google “ipsy November 2015 sneak keen top secret” three more Ipsy spoilers pop up. I am not sure if they are legit. However, all the comments are from October so I am thinking they might. I have subscribed to Ipsy since the first bag and I have never seen these spoilers before. Check them out!

I’m only getting this bag for the galaxy print bag… hopefully the other samples will be better.

I am not to excited about this sample only because I am so in love with the IT sample they sent me last month. However, I love the idea that they might introduce their featured sample and that everyone would get that sample. Seems like this has been happening for a lot of people where they introduce their featured samples and one out of the two you really really want but you end up getting the one you didn’t want! I know a lot of people were bummed they didn’t get the Too Faced Liquid lipstick this summer.

It says this will be in all of the Ipsy bags, so there is no point in hoping that you won’t get it in your bag. I’m excited for this bc I love to try new mascaras and I just through them away if I don’t like them. I still haven’t found the perfect one, and I don’t think I’ve tried this one yet.

I’m with everyone else, on mascara overload. I wear eyelash extensions so only wear mascara on my bottom lashes anyway.
