Ipsy Early Access Sneak Peek! for October Glam Bag!

I’m getting the same bag as you, twins! This is a good month for me. I can’t wait to try the tarte lip gloss.

I’m so excited for this months ipsy box!! I have the balm lipgloss, aurora gel polish in a purple color, slanted tweezers, nourish face serum and the hand cream. Ipsy nailed it for me again.

For anyone who missed out on the Cindy Lou-manizer I have a feeling it will be up for sale in the points shop. It seems like the sort of item they will have there, like last month’s pixi eyebrow kit.

So far I haven’t seen anyone getting the same bag combo I am getting. Purlisse BB cream. Dr. Brandt scrub, Delectable hand lotion, Meet Matte lip gloss and Gel effects nail polish. These are all the items I would have chosen if I got to design my own bag.

*sigh* For the third time, I’m going to have to tell Ipsy that I don’t use/want nail polish. I like the other items I’m getting, but how many times do I have to tell them about things I don’t like? I am looking forward to trying The Balm lippie.

Oh, I’m so jealous of those of you who got the highlighter. I ended up getting the lipstick. But I’m a huge fan of The Balm, so it still works. That said, I really hate this month’s bag.

Mine are alright, though I was a little surprised at getting three skin samples (Argan Face Serum, Pur-lisse BB Cream, and Balanced Guru body scrub), along with the Micabeauty eyeshadow and Liquid Lipstick. I tend to prefer the natural look, though, so I think it will be better than last month, when I got a big tube of totally useless Blow Out hair stuff.

I’m getting the Meet Matt(e) lipstick, vanilla roller ball, Coastal Scents eyeliner, Balanced Guru body scrub and Dose color pill nail polish.
Hope I like it all.

I ended up canceling. I wish they gave you the option to choice an item each month.

I’m getting the same bag as Liz is. Im disappointed that I’m getting another eyeliner pencil from ipsy this month. I’d probably feel differently if it was an urban decay pencil or something.

I like that Tarte lip gloss, The Balm’s samples are always adorable, and I’m impressed that they got an Ayres product! Looks pretty good. (For Ipsy, anyway.)

Disappointed I’m not getting the ‘Mary-lou Manizer’ in either of my Ipsy bags this month [I signed up for a second hoping at least one bag would have this in it!].

Otherwise, pretty happy with BOTH bags I’m getting – no other repeats, either. One has the Beauty without Cruelty hand lotion, Skone Cosmetics Eyeliner, Nourish Organic Face Serum and Dose Nail Polish. The other has the Royal & Langnickel Shadow Brush, Micabeauty Eyeshadow, Ayres hand cream and the Hey Honey facial scrub. Coulda done without the eyeshadow, but the colour is one I’ll wear as long as the formula doesn’t suck.

This is my second bag with ipsy and although the bag kinda stinks this month I’m really happy with what I’m getting. The only other thing I would have liked was the Laura Geller blush but otherwise my bag is awesome. 1. MicaBeauty ipsy EXCLUSIVE Cream Eye shadow in Bronze. 2. the balm Meet Matt(e) Hugh’s long lasting lipstick. 3. Balanced Guru Scrub me body scrub. 4. Nourish Organic Pure Hydrating Argan face Serum. 5. Pur~lisse BB tinted moist cream spf30.

Disappointed. 🙁 I desperately wanted the Laura Geller blush, but obviously did not get it. I would have been super happy with the Tarte lip gloss, but did not get that either.

I’m hoping theBalm liquid lipstick is similar to Benefit’s Benetint, or else this box was kind of a huge dud for me.

Mine seems a little different than the majority, but that’s fine with me! I’m getting the Meet Matt(e) Hughes liquid lipstick; the MicaBeauty cream eyeshadow in Bronze (like another said it looks a little dark for my skin, but maybe it is suited to fairer skin); the LeeAnni Eco go away gloomy day serum; IT Hair Care, Leave-in Treatment; and the Girlactik Beauty, Precise Marker Liner. I changed up my profile last month and it seems to be working! I like what I’m seeing so far – a mix of fun and practical!

I’m getting the Matt(e) Hughes liquid lipstick, Laura Gellar blush, Emite slant tweezers, Lavanila pure vanilla rollerball, and Ayres hand cream!

Finally a bag that sounds awesome after 2 disappointing bags.

I’m getting the Balm liquid lipstick, Pur-lisse tinted BB cream, Skone eyeliner (agree that it looks dark purple, which is one of my favorite colors — makes my green eyes look greener), Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion (I received this as one of the samples for spending $35 at Birchbox and am using it now — it’s really good), and the Delectable hand cream. All in all, it’s a good bag and I’ll definitely use everything. I’m not crazy about the bag itself this month, but that’s okay.

Super jealous that I’m not getting the Laura Geller blush. I think it is such a nice product and would love to try it in that color!! I got the grapefruit one in a Birchbox and love it; it’s a gorgeous color and long-lasting. I’m getting the theBalm matte liquid lipstick, Aromachology perfume, brow pencil, IT mascara and Hey Honey facial scrub. I’ll be happy to have all except the mascara; Ipsy has sent me at least 3 that I can think of this year, and there were a few months when I wasn’t subscribe! How many mascaras can one person use? lol

JUST lost a set of tweezers so this is perfect. I love face masks and scrubs and pumpkin is so seasonally appropriate! Wanted to lip gloss and not the other highlighter thing from TheBalm so I am SUPER excited. Always need hair masks for these dry Michigan winters (I have long curly hair almost down to my waist) and mascaras – yes I get a lot of them but about 80% I do not like either the brush is weird or the formula is. This is why I LOVE samples. I can toss what I dont like and not feel “as” guilty cause I didnt pay much/nor is it full size. Win win win. LOVE ipsy this month!

Ipsy nailed it ALL over again for me!!? I’m getting thebalm Meet Matt(e) Hughes liquid lipstick, which I wanted, I didn’t want nor need the luminizer. It-cosmetics Hello Lashes 5-in-1 mascara. I’ve been wanting to try this baby out for the longest time but had never got around to buying because I still have a few sealed mascaras that wanted to use/finish first. TouchinSol mini Browza super proof Gel Brow Pencil from Sephora ? in mink wink, sweat & waterproof formula! I was about to buy a brow pencil a week ago but decided to wait, good thing I did?! HeyHoney : Come Clean Propolis & Minerals facial scrub! Love Hey Honey products! Last item is new to me but excited to try,(actually, I’ve never tried Any item in this bag. I know of some of the brands but not the products) Aromachology Exotic & Spicy Eau de Parfum full-bodied fragrance❤️ So excited for Every Single item in my bag this month!! Thank you ipsy?!?

I got the Balm Meet Matt(e) Hughes lipstick, Mica Beauty cream eyeshadow in Bronze, Royal & Langnickel Moda eyeshadow shader brush, Nourish Organic Argan Face Serum, and the Balanced Guru Scrub Me Body Scrub. It’s just ok for me this month. Nothing great.
