I sub’d to the Birchbox on 9/30/2015 and tried to use the FIVEOFFBOX code. It didn’t work 🙁 So, I paid full price, but I think I should have contacted them to dispute it. Well, wish me luck (after reading some of the comments about their C.S., I’m going to need it). I don’t mind it being applied to next month’s (Nov. 2015) box.
