Balanced Guru Style Me Hair Oil Travel Size .5 oz
Seraphine Botancials Carrot & Rose Facial Oil 1.01 fl oz. Except the oil is rose geranium oil and that is botanical not the same as rose oil. Rose oil cost more than rose geranium oil. I work with essential oils and herbs. Stuff like this annoys me.
Peony Vacation Glow .5 oz – first ingredient is talc. I wouldn’t know how to use it anyways.
Plus the tote

I cancelled. It’s not what I am looking for in this type of box.

5 more days before this coupon expires… trying to decide if I want to get this for the BOGO and then cancel (would mostly likely cancel unless I really love it). I don’t really NEED this and not even sure I’m very interested in either of the 2 spoilers (is anyone familiar with that Balanced Guru facial mist?) So do I really want 2 of everything just because it’s a good deal? It depends what the other 2 products end up being! 🙂

When they contacted us last week about the promo code (they gave us one to use for our readers, too for the 2 box deal) they were still Honest Company. I didn’t receive any info about them changing to Nourish but did notice it in some of their links. I think they may have decided to change it because it was very easily confused with THE Honest Company (and I got them confused with it, which may be why Susan decided to change it). I think it was a good move to do so.

For everyone wondering about the canvas bag every month, I like to use them for gift bags instead of buying ‘real’ gift bags. They’re nice for hostess gifts, birthdays, etc.

That’s a great idea! I always feel like buying gift bags is such a waste since they usually get thrown out. I do try to reuse them if I get them but it can be tough if they get wrinkled or ripped since I hate giving someone a gift bag that looks obviously used. I bet this one would work really well for a housewarming gift or even birthday for someone into healthy eating or kitchen stuff.

Being ‘eco-conscious’ I already have MANY re-usable tote bags (some I’ve made) for shopping and whatnot. I can’t STAND getting more totes! It’s such a waste. My friends have too many too. How about an ‘Opt-out’ for the totes?

Ahh..this may fill that empty void left in my heart when Saffron Rouge cancelled their sub box! Not crazy about the bags either, but full size products…sign me up! I’ve tried Fig and Yarrow and it was not as exciting as I hoped it to be for the price. But I’m curious to try the other brands.

You do get 2 boxes for the $34.95 for the first month with the code (2 for 1) but both get mailed to you.

I would be all for it if the tote was more vegan friendly. I don’t get the poached eggs or Greek yogurt art if they’re advertising a vegan box.

I think the art makes sense if their target audience includes people who like vegan products but aren’t necessarily vegan themselves.

It looks good! EXCEPT…why do we need a new canvas tote bag each month? Seems like a cheap way to bump up the value of the box (retail cost $22.95, really?!?!), similar to how Escape Monthly sent travel guides to bump up their box value. Lose the bags and I’m in!

I ordered yesterday with another code for a free box! Seems like a great deal to me if there’s 3 full sized natural products that arent full of nasty chemicals! I’ll at least try the first box for that deal 🙂
