Thank You Flat Card

Congrats Folded Card

These are both blank cards and are super useful. Plus I think that's my favorite Thank You card ever!

You're The Best Folded Card

This card has a custom print matching envelope, and on the inside it says, "You can quote me on that."

You Are A Great Friend Flat Card

Venti Birthday Folded Card

I love the fall/back to school theme of the colors and prints this month! On the inside of the birthday card it says, "Wishing you a Venti sized birthday!"

You Make Me Feel Flat Card

Emoji Sticky Notepad Stickers

Yay for emojis! I know they love emojis at A Beautiful Mess, so these are quite fitting for the box!

Pumpkin Spice Latte Flat Card

I'm Falling For You Flat Card

The falling for you card is blank, and the latte card says "You're the Pumpkin Spice to my latte."

Happy Mail seems to send out a few romantic cards each month - so that's something to keep in mind. I don't use them as much as I use the birthday, thank you, thinking of you, etc. cards, but maybe it's a gentle reminder each month that I should be writing more cards to my husband!

Typewriter Postcard

Washi Tape Stickers

Each month includes a postcard (I kind of want to frame this one!). And this month they also included washi tape stickers - these are semi-transparent and great for sealing envelopes.

To Do, But First, Coffee Sleeves

Normally there's a print included every month, but for September they mixed it up and included to do list coffee sleeves!

Verdict: I really like the fall vibes of this month's Happy Mail! I got plenty of useful cards out of this mailing, and I just love those emoji sticky notes!

I am not in love with A Beautiful Mess. I have had the subscription for months and have a drawer full of cards I will never use (like one with a doughnut on the front and “I’m here to save the day!” on the back, no place for a note).

I tried cancelling my subscription and they told me that while I was paying month-to-month, I would have to pay the balance of the year if I wanted to cancel. So, it seemed I was paying for a year’s subscription on a month-to-month basis. Every time I get the package it makes me so unhappy!

Liz, will there be a review for September’s Messy Box?

I don’t use enough paper thingies (postcards, cards, post-its and such) to subscribe to this box, but every month I really like the things they offer. It’s so original, simple and refreshing!
