I really like barkbox. I’ve been a subscriber for a long time. I get 2 boxes monthly. I don’t wish to thwart their attempts at luring in New customers but I would like to say, I have received emails offering a free product for placing an or with their “barkshop” and after placing orders I’ve never actually received this free item. I did contact barkbox assuming it was an error. I have been informed each time the “while supplies last” statement meant I was out of luck. Not really a big deal, I would have placed each order regardless of the free offer by I can’t help feeling duped.

My doggie is already a subscriber! I emailed to see if we could forgo a treat or toy next month to get a tote instead. We’ll see. I know they don’t usually customize at all so… Worth a shot, right? We take so many car r-i-d-e-s, that we would use this all the time.
I’ve been trying to swap for the Baggu dog bag, but no success. This would make up for not getting that one. Fingers crossed!

I ended up buying the cat and dog Baggu off of Amazon for $9 each. It seemed easier to buy than to swap. I get compliments on them every time I use them!
I love this tote, but I’m so particular about dog food/treats that I don’t think I can commit to a dog subscription box.
