  1. Their customer service seems very friendly and efficient. My Brow envy compact had a crushed color pan so I wrote to ask how to remedy. They said they’d send me a replacement. My Quay glasses broke too, I wonder if they would replace. I really liked mine!

  3. New subscribers only huh? What about the subscribers you already have, we don’t ever get deals like these. Even after we wait days… For tracking numbers and shipping updates. And we get monthly boxes at end of the corrsponding month cmon. I got my tracking number on Sept.11th and as of today Sept.17th, my box hasn’t even made it out of California. Shipping leaves a ton to be desired.

    • I totally agree with you on the frustrating shipping. As a side note, their customer service for current subscribers is great if something goes wrong. I broke my Quay sunglasses (totally my fault) and asked if they had any extras I could buy or suggestions for fixing them. They said they didn’t, but would send me something in the mail to make up for it. I got this arrow necklace a couple days later! Also, if you have a month to month subscription, you can cancel your plan, then resubscribe for deals. 🙂

  4. I just ordered this using the promo code for free necklace
    So is it normal after you hit the Promo apply button that in the discount box it shows a discount of -.40 cents instead of Free necklace ??

    • Mine said the same, so I’m assuming that’s their coding for a free necklace (or we’re getting one from a gumball machine!) 😀

    • That’s what I saw too and was confused but decided to see what happens. Was going to email their customer service but don’t have time to stalk them today. lol If anyone finds out more, please post. I at least didn’t get something say my code was invalid, so maybe that’s a good sign.

      • I’ve seen this before with other deals and believe it is how they designate the item.

  5. this drives me crazy – decide to keep a subscription and no reward – I got nothing like this in the beginning. Bummed.

    • SAME HERE. I got nothing for signing up. Wish they would offer something to CURRENT loyal subscribers!

    • Cancel then resubscribe to them! I am going to do that today! I have that all theses boxes give new people great deals. I get fab fit fun and I cancel every season to get the awesome deals.
