Swap Feedback Response

Just a quick update on feedback in swaps. You can now leave a response to negative and neutral feedback on your profile page.

This response will appear on the feedback section of your profile, but it will not be messaged to the swapper who left the feedback.

Eric and I just made up a fake situation to get these screenshots, but now that I'm reading it again - I have another thing to point out.

If you ever leave someone negative feedback, and later want to change it to positive (or neutral) if the situation changed, please email [email protected] with the swap info and we'll take care of it for you!

How long does it take to get off the wait list?

Do you have any tips for packaging and shipping? It’s my first time swapping. I tried the paypal ship and the label is $15.85. Is that reasonable?

Unless you are shipping something very heavy that is not reasonable. Watch where you are putting the weight of the package, I made the mistake of putting ounces in pounds a few times. If it’s under 13 ounces use the option for first class and if it is over 13 ounces and must go priority see if the item will fit in a flat rate box that may save you money. Good luck!!!

Hi Liz! I’ve been having issues with my swap account. I emailed swap@mysub…. (too long to type lol) But no response as of yet. Is there an alternate email address I can send my concerns to?

I can’t search for comics now. Someone listed an item as comic.

I’ve found it works if you just type some of the word when someone does that. Instead of comics or comic, just type comi. Hope that helps!
