I received my 1st box (it was a gift subscription) from Birchbox, and I was wondering when will I get the welcome email? I would like to claim my gift so I can customize my beauty profile. I may have to email BB, but maybe they will email me the code next week. Have any of you experienced this before?

Add me to the other minority but I picked the curated. I do NOT like Hello but I do like Liz Earle and I like trying new shampoos and conditioners for my hair. And I like getting eyeliner (and mascara LOL) because it’s an everyday item for me. Mulberry will be perfect for fall.

I never even try for the choices but wanted the Davines from the moment they announced it but I was too slow 🙁
Oh well, maybe I will get lucky and it will be in my box anyways!

Bummed that the eyeshadow is already gone. Only thing left is the Davine and curated choices. I wasn’t going to pick but I think based on its popularity I will go pick the shampoo.

I got the Davines! I love that stuff.

I almost always let Birchbox surprise me as I prefer the surprise. So I didn’t pick a sample this month but I did buy the curated box as an add on. I am clearly in the minority but I love Harvey Prince perfumes and Marcelle eyeliner and I adore the Beauty Protector brand so the perfume, shampoo and conditoner were worth the extra 10.00 to me. I also ordered a full size Marcelle eyeliner in purple and used a code for a free full size Marcelle makeup remover which I have sampled before and love. Plus added on the Stila liquid lipstick trio for 20.00. The Bella hot pink shade has become my HG lipstick. Very happy with Birchbox this month.

I like the Harvey Prince perfume too. I never wear perfume because most are too strong and give me a headache, but this one was light and had a citrus scent so it is nice to finally be able to wear perfume!

None of the choices were exciting but I went with The shampoo. Since it comes with That foil extra you can review it for an extra ten points.

Well since they sell the Customer Favorites Featured box through the shop it made my decision easier, as I really wanted to try the Davine shampoo and of course wanted the box with the beautiful design. So I order the Customer Favorites box through the shop. I am very excited.

I got the hair duo on my main box and I got the pop shadow trio on my second. Bored with the curated box options or I would have done the shampoo and s curated.

I received the cleanser in my August box. I was unsure what to pick until I read Kristin’s comment about the shampoo. None of the picks caught my interest.

You can actually buy the curated box for $10 so even though I loath Harvey Prince I did that and got my normal box with the Davines. Couldn’t resist the deal!

I absolutely loved the last two curated boxes but this one does not seem thrilling. I might go with the shampoo if it’s still available tomorrow, otherwise I am happy to just let BB do their thang.

My email hasn’t come! And I know nothing is going to spam because I just got to other promo emails 🙁 Any help?

Yeah you’re not an ace so you’ll get the email tomorrow.
I got the curated box this month. Not thrilled about the eyeliner, but I can see myself getting use out of the rest of the products.

Got my email at 12:15 CST and I picked the Anastasia brow pencil. Perfect timing because I need a new one for days I don’t feel like doing the whole brow zings deal. Yay!

I’ve had the pop in both my birchbox and ipsy and I can’t use the formula. Just to make sure I don’t get the pop (they can send you this even if you have received the others because it’s a “different product” like a different fragrance from the same brand, just a heads up) I will probably go for the brow pencil. Never tried one and it would be interesting to see the formula even if it’s too light for me. 🙂 thanks for the reminder Liz!

Interestingly, I had not gotten any of these products before, save for the Harvey Prince Hello perfume.
I picked the Dr. Brandt cleanser because I love cleansers

Got the curated box. The individual choices didn’t excite me. I like the Liz Earle and the shampoo/conditioner are good for travel.

I do the +$20 beta option so I can’t get the curated box (unless I buy it on top of my regular box each month) but I picked the Anastasia brow pencil and I’m excited for it. I love the brand.

Gosh, really not excited by any of this. Has anyone sampled either of the shampoos? I may just let BB pick this month

I LOVE the Davines Love Smoothing shampoo. Found it via BB about two years ago, if you have wavy or frizzy hair, it works wonders. Hope this helps 🙂

Maybe I shouldn’t have 2 birchbox subscriptions, because I’ve sampled everything (even curated box) already, except the brow product and eyeshadow. The eyeshadow is pretty but I’ve seen too many people get broken shadows, so I don’t want to deal with that. The brow pencil isn’t my color but I picked it anyway. Not excited about next month. lol.

Just as an fyi even if you get broken eyeshadow you can salvage it. Either add a little rubbing alcohol to make a paste and smooth it with a spoon. It will be pressed and perfect the next day. Or just use it as a loose powder eyeshadow and apply it with a fluffy brush.

None of the samples are exciting, I’ve gotten nearly all of them before; I want points for reviews. I picked the Anastasia brow pencil since I haven’t gotten it before. My 2nd account I’m just going to let BB pick, I haven’t gotten any of those samples on my 2nd account yet.

Yeah the cloth is the thing I’m most interested in but everything else is meh. It’s a great month to let BB surprise me and see what I get 🙂

I think I’m going to go with the shadow. The curated box holds nothing of particular interest for me, but that trio looks lovely.

Nothing super exciting this month. I picked the eyeshadow palette.
