Each box comes with a card detailing the items included.

Birchbox Man Subscription Box Review – September 2015 Screen

AM Labs Screen Cleaning Bundle - Value $26

Every month subscribers get to pick their lifestyle item for that box. (Or you can be surprised). I love this option since it helps to know the priciest item in the box is something you definitely want!

This month I decided to pick the AM Labs screen cleaning bundle. I have the AM Labs Screen Cleaning Mist thanks to a Kevin Rose Quarterly box, and my husband is always borrowing it, so I figured this set would be good to have around the house! (I love that keychain mini too!)

Birchbox Man Subscription Box Review – September 2015 Das Boom

Das Boom Body Brick Soap Infused Body Sponge - 6 grams - Value $2.10

CW Beggs and Sons Face Wash - 15 ml Value $1.40

This face wash is hypoallergenic, perfume free, paraben free, gluten free, oil free and alcohol free! And I think the price point is decent too - $16 for 6 oz.

My husband loved the scent of this soap sponge combo but wished it had more soap pieces in it... so I guess I'll just buy him the regular soap bar version! Here is a better view of the soap to sponge ratio:

Birchbox Man Subscription Box Review – September 2015 Cologne

Atelier Cologne Grand Neroli - 1 ml Value $2

This cologne has a citrus/summery vibe to it, and I think it could work as a unisex scent.

Birchbox Man Subscription Box Review – September 2015 Tool

Clean Fun Multi Tool - Value $5.50

This 11-in-1 tool is a bonus item all subscribers received as a tie-in with The Man From U.N.C.L.E. - I'm always happy with extra items in boxes!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $37. I think the value is good considering I picked out the AM Labs items I wanted, and the soap and face wash are two new brand discoveries we'll likely buy more of!

What do you think of the September 2015 Birchbox Man box? Which lifestyle item did you pick? (I'm guessing most subscribers went for the $50 ear buds?)

We got the LSTN headphones (they arrived in Cherry as you didn’t know which of the finishes you’d get, cherry is much darker than I thought based on pictures), the multi-tool obviously, the same sponge from Das Boom (we have a full size of the everything was and bar soap in Denali in our shower currently), a cologne sample, a hair paste from Vaughn, and a foil shampoo and conditioner from Vaughn. I love the scent of all the Vaughn products immensely.

Nice box, but I was horrified to see that they folded the atelier cologne postcard!
I collect them because they are so beautiful; to see it folded beyond recognition in the 3rd picture makes me so sad. I didn’t even know til I saw it farther down in the review, then I had to scroll up to recognize it in its sorry state. ;_;

I have a feeling Atelier would not be happy if they knew Birchbox was folding their postcards!
