Liz (or anyone) what shipper is used by Bespoke? If FedEx, is it Smartpost or retular? Thanks!

My box came by USPS.

Thank you nana.

FYI to those still interested. There is a new 20% off code available today called “UNLOCK20” Just worked like a charm for me. Great deal!

Has the Extra code worked for anyone? I’ve tried it from the 1st day but it doesn’t work and says invalid on groupon and bespoke.

Andrew

It worked for me on the first day but I never ended up pulling the trigger unfortunately. It no longer appears to work now when I am 100% willing. ha ha

Laurie

It worked ok for me – maybe they changed it?

Aimee

I forgot to use the 20% off code. So annoying! I hope it doesn’t change my credit card as well

As a Bespoke subscriber for a while now, it boils my blood when I see deals like this that are only for new subscribers. Never any deals for loyal customers. It drives my crazy that a new subscriber is getting the same box I pay $45 for at $29! And I know I could scam & create a new account w/a different email, but my point is that loyalty is rarely rewarded.

Ohhh noo! My credit card number accidentally got typed into the site and I accidentally bought a three month subscription =) I guess it’s okay since I cancelled Ipsy and Popsugar. I’m looking forward to my new laptop bag.

Does anyone know if you can choose a past box in future months instead of the current new box?

Can a Canadian purchase this and then pay for shipping?

Andrea

Hey Andrew, I don’t know about the Groupon purchase, but this is Bespoke Post’s Canada info:

If your order is $45 or over, shipping to Canada is $10. Add an additional $5 if your order is under $45. We also need to charge Canada sales tax, which varies by province.

You should expect your package to take 10-15 business days to arrive from the date it is shipped. All packages will be delivered “free domicile” – which means that all duties, taxes, and shipping charges are paid in advance by us. You won’t have to pay any extra fees to the driver when your package arrives.

Well, I gave in and bought a 3-month subscription with my Groupon bucks. I wasn’t too excited about any of the boxes available BUT my husband’s BD is in 2 weeks and I need a present for him (I already have a card thanks to a subscription box).

Emily

FYI, additional $11.98 sales tax for NY. I didn’t realize until I signed up but still a good deal. Thanks!

Can two people in the same family subscribe (same address)?

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

I am asking because I ordered a Groupon so I can gift a subscription to my husband. But I’d love to gift one to my son as well. I have two Groupon accounts so that won’t be an issue but am wondering about the actual subscriptions. Great deal on a sub I’ve been wanting to try. Thanks!

Marie

yes, you can! Have a subscription for myself and just got one via Groupon for my hubby!

Randi

I think so… as long as you have 2 different email addresses.

Can you skip two months in a row? I just joined and I am skipping this month – can I skip next month too?

Reply ButtonReply

Alli A

I think my record was skipping 8 months in a row. There’s no penalty, but just don’t forget to check on the first each month so you don’t accidentally purchase a box you didn’t mean to.

Laura

Thank you.

Laura

Yeah – now my first post shows below.

Not going to bother posting comments. My comments on here have come and gone twice.

Always loved the look of this sub and kicked myself for missing the headphone box a month ago 🙁 This was JUST what I needed! Thanks Liz! at $21 a box for three months, this was just perfect!

So I bought this Groupon and then followed the instructions from the Groupon website but when I entered my credit card information on my profile, it charged a reg monthly sub fee AND my Groupon 3 month sub fee. I have an email in to them and hope they are able to reverse the reg sub fee.

Joy

I did the same. I called and they fixed it.

The Groupon website says “Expires 90 days after purchase.” Does that mean if you buy the 3-month subscription Groupon, you won’t be able to skip any months you don’t like without losing that money/credit? I would ask that question on Groupon, but they’re not taking any questions for this deal… 🙁

You have 90 days to create an account and put in the credit information from the purchased groupon. Then you can pick or skip as you please. The difference between the credit and using your credit card is that if you forget to skip, your credit will be deducted before your card is charged. At least, that’s how it worked when I got a deal through ruelala.

SarahP

OH! So it’s 90 days to “redeem” your Groupon on the Bespoke website, by registering for an account and using your Groupon code. Then you can use your 3 months’ worth of credits either 3 months in a row or spaced out in some fashion by skipping a month here or there (by telling Bespoke between the 1st and 5th day of that month). Okay, I think I get it now. Thanks so much for clarifying.

Randi

Such a great deal – is this for new customers only? or can current customers get it too?

Reply ButtonReply

SarahP

The Groupon says it’s for new subscribers only… but by using new account info you might get it to work.

Laurie

Oooh, I missed that….

Laurie

I just emailed to cancel my subscription and will then try and get this – will let you know how it goes. Will probably use a different email address.

Please let us know!

Thanks Liz! I’ve been eying this sub for awhile, and this is perfect chance to try it out

Great deal! I’ve been tempted to subscribe and this was just the promotion to get me to sign up! FYI, you have to enter credit card info on the Bespoke Post site, so the subscription will auto renew unless you cancel.
