Wantable Fitness is a fitness styling subscription service (similar to Stitch Fix). You fill out an in-depth survey about your fitness clothing preferences, and your stylist picks out items for you.

Wantable sent me this box for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Here is my order invoice. The merchandise total is $352 and the keep-all discount is $105.60, so factoring that in plus the $20 credit, this box would cost $226.40 to keep all five items. (Roughly $45.28 an item).

Wantable Fitness Subscription Service Review – July 2015 Info

These are my preferences for the Fitness subscription.

Wantable Fitness Subscription Service Review – July 2015 Tropical tank

Trina Turk Recreation Bora Bora Draped Back Tank - Cost to Keep $76

I was so excited to see Trina Turk featured in this box! I think this print is not current stock though, since it is now sold out at Nordstroms, and not available on the Trina Turk site.

Wantable Fitness Subscription Service Review – July 2015 Tank Back

The print is super bold (which is what I expect from Trina Turk!) so I'll be pairing it with a dark and basic pant/capri.

Wantable Fitness Subscription Service Review – July 2015 Leggings

Prismsport Leggings - Cost to Keep $86 (On sale at Prismsport for $68.80)

These leggings are really comfortable (and have a shiny black appearance). The compressions is light/medium, and since most of my leggings are heavy compression from Fabletics, this is a nice alternative.

Wantable Fitness Subscription Service Review – July 2015 Capri

Prismsport Floral Capri - Cost to Keep $82 (On Sale at Prismsport for $49.20)

I really love the fit and feel of the fabric in these Prismsport leggings/capris - I just wish Wantable's pricing was the same as the sale pricing on the Prismsport site. (I also love the wider waistband their pants have).

Wantable Fitness Subscription Service Review – July 2015 Pink tank

Prismsport Loose Tank - Cost to Keep $54 (Retail price on Prismsport's site listed as $48)

This fabric is so lightweight and slinky - and it works really well with the loose cut. I'm not sure why Wantable listed the price as more than the retail cost, but I will reach out to them - I'm sure they would match the correct retail price.

Wantable Fitness Subscription Service Review – July 2015 Shorts

Pink Lotus Booty Short - Cost to Keep $54

I like the Pink Lotus brand, but I'm so particular when it comes to short shorts - I was immediately skeptical when I pulled these out of the box. The fit for me in the waist is great - I love the wide reinforced waistband. The leg openings are actually a little loose for me though, so the fit isn't perfect.

Verdict: While I normally stay away from bolder prints and colors in workout clothing, I actually liked the styles picked for me this month! The only issue I have with my July shipment is some of the pricing issues. I really liked the prices in my June box, so I may add a note on my subscription that I'm looking to get more boxes like that one.

I tried Wantable this month and I had the same issues with price. I have no problem splurging for quality pieces (Lulu, Fabletics, etc.) but I was a little curious as to why their prices for basics were so high. I received the same pink tank and I agree it was a great material, but I just couldn’t bring myself to spend that much on a solid pink tank. On top of that I looked on Amazon and found that many of the same pieces I received were listed on there for significantly less. I sent an email to customer service with links to the items that I found for less and their response was “Please let us know if you ever find a huge discrepancy between prices and we’ll forward it to our merchandising team, who is ultimately responsible for making decisions regarding prices”. I’m not really sure how that response is supposed to help me with my current order or future orders. Had they chosen to discount my current items I might be inclined to give it another go. For now, I’m going to pass on receiving future boxes.

I’d be pretty upset if every item in my box was found for cheaper elsewhere! Let us know if you find out if they’ll price match + give the discounts.

Ina turk items ate made in the USA, YAY! Also, you can put how much you want to spend. If you put ~30 you will get the low end made in China stuff. So not all is higher end US made if you don’t want. Oh and all those who shop LULULEMON pay crazy prices! Nuts, not even made in USA!

While i appreciate your reviews Liz, I think their “price to keep” is a bit out there. Who regularly pays $86 for 1 piece of workout wear?

It looks like this box is going after the lululemon-type customer. Fun stuff but too $$$ for me personally for workout clothing. (However, this is regularly worn by MANY women at the Equinox I used to go to near my work.)

I hear you! I really preferred the price points of the June Wantable Fitness box instead.

I like the pieces they sent you. My favorite from your selection is the Pink Lotus Booty Shorts.

Love that first tank! I tried to find it on-line but could only find XL. All the pieces are very cute but just too expensive.

I was told that they will price match
