I decided to try this and noticed the camping box on sale so I purchased that one too. I was able to use the 10% off code so two boxes, free shipping, no tax all for $40.34. Ill use everything in the camping box so I’ll gamble on the, “May include” beauty box.

I got the camping box, and liked it a lot, all the goodies fresh and it was nice to see other things like the soap, and the bamboo little towel. When they had the yoga box which was also a 1 time purchase that was my favorite vegan cuts 1 time purchase box. Hope they have it again.

This is not calling out $28 for me…..maybe it’s because I’ve been stalking the deluxe Goodeboxes for three weeks, though.

Just not excited and agree with the poster who didn’t like the wording “what you might get”.

I’m holding off for now. It depends on whether I purchase another Goodebox LE. I will probably order it in August if it is still available along with another Facial Care box.

I ordered this in May (when they called it the “Beauty Essentials” bag) and this is what I got (in that same makeup bag that’s in the picture):

Vegan Cuts beauty essentials
-desert essence italian lemon hand & body lotion (full size) – $9
-superchic lacquer in lost my melon (full size) – $10
-21 drops sleep essential oil sample – $2.15
-Attitude body lotion revival – $0.50
-Palmetto collagen boosting serum – $6
-Lush Baked Alaska bar of soap – old and no longer on Lush website – est $13
-nail file – est $0.25
-LA fresh nail polish remover 1 pad – $0.56
-Suncoat sugar based natural mascara (full size) – $15
-crazy rumors leaping bunny blum apricot lip balm (full size) – $4
-Attitude 2 in 1 shampoo & body wash daily moisturizer – $0.50
-Demes butter me up moisture stick in mint (full size) – $15
-My Goodness Deodorant Regular – $8

total value about $83, and I got it for $25 with a discount. (I like doing cost breakdowns like this to see what things are worth). I haven’t used everything yet, but so far I love the Lush soap and the apricot plum lip balm. I hope to see what other people get in the summer version of this box!

If you got the box in May, then yes, the Baked Alaska soap was definitely old since they only release that particular soap between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The day after Christmas, Lush does a 2 for 1 sale on all Christmas items, which might have been when Vegan Cuts acquired their stash of Baked Alaska. Of course, the limited release is also the reason it’s not currently on Lush’s website, but it comes back most winters since it’s a holiday favorite.

The site was down for me for a while to – I just checked – IT’s UP Now! YAY! Time to make another wanted but unneeded purchase 🙂

Pass. I like VC but I do not do “What you MAY receive”. I’m not even sure that the bag pictured is what would be included.

Andrea

Just tried too, their website is down 🙁

I can’t even bring up the Vegan Cuts website. I think maybe everyone rushing to get this thanks to MSA 🙂

I tried to get to the website right after Liz posted this and got error, tried a couple times since and still no luck. But I’m trying on my phone so I didn’t know if that was why. Looks like a good box at decent price so I’d love to try it if I can ever get through

Lush? I’d want to know if Vegan Cuts is authorized to include Lush products in their boxes because a sales associate once told me that Lush doesn’t advertise and I can’t see them being included in a subscription box.

IIRC, they had a promo for new subscribers a while back (last fall?) to get a Baked Alaska soap. When I bought the Spring Essentials from VC, I did get a bar of the Baked Alaska soap, so they must have had some leftover.

I dream of a Lush sub box!!!!

Me, too! But because they never have sales except for the after-Christmas sale, no Black Friday or anything, I can’t imagine they’d ever send out products for less than face value. And they’re super generous with free samples in their stores so I just don’t see them entering the sub box world.

bunnygirlbrem

That would be awesome if so! I was just wishing that LUSH would be in a sub box! 🙂

I like the bag, too!

But… Bellepierre is vegan? Really?

Tacie

I like the bag itself!
