Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. They offer over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences.
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to trash snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Tropical Daiquiri (Green Mango, Lime Raisins and Pineapple)
Since I avoid gluten and dairy in my snacks, Graze typically sends me dried fruit and nut mixes, but once in a while they send popcorn! This popcorn is a really light snack (no butter or butter substitute), and it has just enough salt for me.
The Tropical Daiquiri is one of my favorite dried fruit mixes from Graze (but I think I say that about any Graze mix that includes pineapple!)
Super Forest Fruits (Blueberries, Lingonberries, Soft Apple Pieces, and Cherry Raisins)
Active Nutrient Blend (Walnut, Date, and Pumpkin Seed)
The Super Forest Fruits mix is actually a little too sweet for me, so I ended up mixing it with the Active Nutrient Blend. Since the walnuts and pumpkin seeds were plain, it worked out well and made everything taste better!
Verdict: I’ve been very happy with Graze’s snack mixes – they’re delicious, and I like that you can customize them for how healthy you need them to be, and/or other food needs and preferences. I'm thinking I may need to cut down on my dried fruit snacks though - they pack a lot of sugar.
Of course the one gripe I always have about this box remains the same – the snacks are so good and the portions so small, that I normally end up eating the whole box in one day!
What do you think of Graze? Any favorite snacks you recommend?
