I canceled after the spring box was charged anyway. CS told me it was too late to refund my money but assured me that my account was now canceled. I received an email yesterday asking me to “come back for the summer box” with a $10 off code. So now I have to waste more of my time writing to customer service to see if they really ARE sending me the summer box, because if not then they need to credit my card for the amount. UGH I really hate them!

I had cancelled on the site but then was charged anyway and when I checked my acct it for sure said active. I called in a few days later and they cancelled my acct and issued a refund immediately with a email stating that was the case. The money was back in my acct the next day.

They took the money out of my account on June 9th and I’m supposed to receive the box on July 9th. I feel like I’m the last ones to get it. Then I found out they’re offering gifts with the purchase of the box. I’m very annoyed and am going to cancel. Since I’m one of the last ones to get the box I might as well wait for the full spoilers and extra gifts to decide if I want to spend my money on the leftovers.

I don’t think you’re one of the last…I’ve had an annual membership for 2 years and mine was just shipped a couple days ago, scheduled for July 10th. I think most people’s were just shipped, Liz just got hers early.

I cancelled my subscription this week, because it seems like they always offer one-offs of the box plus extras (aprons, water bottles, etc.) for the same price as the subscription, and it makes me feel as if by subscribing, I am missing out on the extras. It makes more sense to me to just purchase the one-offs with the free gifts each season.

I just got my box today and am happy with every single item. Usually there are a couple meh items, but this time I am keeping everything(maybe not the perfume). I did get a water bottle in my box. I was surprised as this is the second one I have received. How many of those bottles did they order?
