Your Bijoux Box Jewelry Subscription Box Review – June 2015 Box

Your Bijoux Box is a monthly jewelry subscription box for women. With every box you get 3 pieces of jewelry picked by Your Bijoux Box stylists. (This is not a customized box – everyone gets the same 3 pieces, however, I believe you can request no earrings if you email them).

Your Bijoux Box Jewelry Subscription Box Review – June 2015 Necklace

Puka Shell Pendant

I love the little blue stone added to this necklace. It's the right mix of delicate and statement pendant for me. Here is a close up:

Pearls and Stripes Strand

I'm impressed with the quality of this piece. It has a good weight to it and the enamel pieces are well-done.

Your Bijoux Box Jewelry Subscription Box Review – June 2015 Doubled

I think I like the double strand look the best. Here is a closer look at the necklace:

Opal Deco Drop Earrings

These earrings don't seem to match the nautical vibe of the rest of the box, but I like them. (They're about as big as I go when it comes to earring size).

Verdict: I'm happy with the 3 pieces of jewelry and think they are worth the $11.67 per item cost. I would have loved to see all the pieces have a nautical theme, but I still think they did a good job this month.

I’ve gone back and forth with this subscription box. I felt I was getting too many statement pieces and canceled and resubscribed. When I saw these three pieces, I instantly resubscribed and was happy to be able to get the June box. It came today and I am delighted! The red-white-and-blue necklace is heavy and very well made. I can wear it long or double it and both ways are so classy. The shell necklace is beautiful and I love the blue “drop of water” bead – so unexpected and adorable! The earrings are cute and remind me of stars at night. I just may very well stay with Bijoux box if they continue to send such amazing pieces.

When I got my box and found that the (at least my) earrings are brighter, I felt more like they went with the theme. I think several of the recent boxes had pieces that went together (such as matching earrings and necklace) which was nice, but I also appreciate this box, which had a few variations on the theme of the sea (nautical and beach-y necklaces and earrings with stones reminiscent of he insides of sea shells) is fun too and while starfish earrings would have been cute too, I like that it wasn’t all preppy.

I just got my box today and am a little disappointed with the earrings and Puka necklace. I personally don’t like the idea of the lone blue stone on a pendant, it looks like something is missing. So, its not of my taste. The earring though pretty in picture, stick out outwards and do not dangle. I am not sure if its because of the position of my piercing or something to do with these earrings. I wear a lot of drop earrings and have never had an issue before. Anyone else in the boat? Have you guys actually tried wearing these earrings?

I am never disappointed in this sub. I wasn’t sure on the pearl and stripes spoiler, as it’s more preppy than my usual style, but it’s so pretty in person, I’ll find a way to make it work. I’ll probably wear the puka shell piece with the smooth side facing outward and I LOVE the deco drops- perfect with my new, very short hair.

Ditto on the shell’s smooth side facing outward. At first glance, it looked “inappropriate” to me. Maybe I just have a dirty mind.

I actually subscribed for the first time when I saw the stripes and pearl strand and it looks just as gorgeous in your pictures. I would pay the full price for that, so the other pieces are bonus. I just wish that the earrings were more in line with the rest.

Love love love. I have a white sundress that will look great with the earrings. The shell necklace is so unique, I don’t have anything like it.

I agree. The earrings are so disconnected from the theme. They should have went with cute and simple starfish or shell earrings.
