MSA + Kloverbox Shipping Update

Limited Edition Box from MSA + Kloverbox

A quick update and apology – we had an issue come up with the label printer, and with getting all the items to fit in the box (we came up with a creative solution you’ll see soon), so labels should be printed tonight and boxes will be mailed tomorrow (Saturday at the latest).

(FYI – Kelly will be emailing everyone who purchased this box with the update as well).

  1. Phew! I was about 5 minutes from giving into looking at the spoilers, but then our mail lady pulled up. I was surprised because my tracking said delivery tomorrow, but she had my box! I agree with the others that it is a very nice box. This was my first time purchasing a big dollar limited addition box and I’m happy that I did. The scrub smells heavenly! Great job, Liz and Kloverbox!

  2. Mine still says shipping label created. I just accidentally saw a spoiler in my email from another blog. Darn! It looks great… I hope I see movement soon. It is a bummer that one made it to Hawaii and another to nyc before even heading in the direction of mn. Oh, the life of a sub addict. πŸ™‚

    • Weird, I’m in NYC and mine is still in pre-shipment. Pretty sure I ordered within the first 20 minutes the box was on sale. There is no logic to where these boxes are ending up first! πŸ˜€

  4. I didn’t get my box either, and I only live 30 minutes from where it’s shipping from. My USPS tracking also still says, ‘label created.’ Bummer. Now I have to wait until Saturday to get it because I’m going out of town. I’m just hoping I can stay away from spoilers until then! πŸ™‚

  7. For those of you whose tracking info has not updated– I received my box today by regular mail, and I had never even received any type of tracking OR pre-shipment, so it was a total surprise– hopefully everyone will get theirs today too!

    • Mine didn’t come today. Tracking still says “label being created”…..
      I can hardly wait for mine to arrive. I’m excited to hear everyone’s “general” thoughts and appreciative that they are not mentioning anything specific. Get’s me very excited!!

  9. I received my box today! I think I will use everything in the box and that is much appreciated. I also estimate the value to be between $250 – $300 as one of the big ticket items is discounted on the company website. Also I enjoy that there isn’t just one BIG ticket item, and that all items are luxury (meaning I would never spend that much on each individual item, but enjoy that I am receiving them at a discount!).

    The only criticism I have is that the items aren’t that exciting (but very practical instead), and I would rather not have an item that is already discounted on the company’s website as it takes away from the value of this box.

    I do feel like this box screams “Liz!”, so I think those who read MSA regularly will not be surprised by the box’s contents. πŸ™‚

    • It’s a good value, but it’s more like $220. You can buy that tote bag for $18 at Century 21.

      • Shipping is $10, so it’s more like $28.

        Those who got it, what do you think? I’m looking for a tote to take to the hotel pool with me. Ideally it’d fit 3 changes of clothing (for the girls and I), a couple of books, a water bottle, sunscreen and a brush. If you had to buy one, would you get this for $28 or something else?

        • I really like it, but it’s probably too small for your needs. I think it would nicely fit stuff for one person (sweater, towel, book, water bottle), but not three.

  10. Seems like a great box. I was looking forward to non beauty items (because I had too many of them), and how interesting, I love all the beauty items (love there is no eye shadow or eye liner or something like that), but I hope to be able to swap the two non beauty items as they don’t fit my style, if swap doesn’t work I can easily gift them. Overall, I feel the box is not fancy but very useful.

I didn’t get this box bc I didn’t know about it and am just getting into all these great subscription boxes (but I sure wish I did after seeing the spoiler-that scrub looks awesome and I love pineapple), but I was checking for updates over the weekend on a box that had “label created” on Friday and there weren’t any updates or movements all weekend. Then I checked this morning about 8am and the box was delivered to my PO Box. So just because its not showing movement… I’d have to say its moving and will show up soon for everyone. I’m not always very patient when waiting for a box and check tracking #s multiple times a day so I know how you guys feel… especially when waiting for a great box like this one will be.

        • Ava, thanks for not posting the spoilers, this is one box where I really want to be surprised! I agree with Randi, USPS isn’t always good at updating tracking info. I have had boxes show up on my doorstep when tracking says it is still in a hub on the other side of the country. So we could still get the box today or tomorrow!!

        • Thanks for not posting. I can’t help but look when the spoilers show up. My box is out for delivery so I just need to wait until I get home at 5pm.

  18. I reached out to Kloverbox a few times and no response. I still have not gotten a tracking number that was promised no later than this past Saturday. Anyone else still not get a tracking number?

    • Mine neither:( I got the label created email three days ago, and nothing since then. On Kloverbox’s website it says my order is unfufilled too. It’s frustrating that other peoples’ are already delivered too ugh. I suppose these things happen, nothing you can do about it.

  21. I waited too long in this and of course it was sold out before I could commit to purchase. I’m excited to see what’s inside! The more subs I do, the more it seems that aside from PSMH and Beautyfix, the only really worthwhile boxes are the special edition ones (aside from the CFDA, lol).

  23. I got the tracking Thursday night but there is no movement on the parcel. So I think folks who haven’t got tracking needn’t worry.

    • I got a ‘tracking’ email but it just said label is created. The box hasn’t gone anywhere so being ‘shipped’ is kind of a misnomer. Mine doesn’t even have a scheduled delivery date on my USPS page.

  26. I got my shipping notice yesterday. I checked my USPS account and it’s 2 day priority but it hasn’t actually moved anywhere so not sure when the ‘clock starts ticking’ on those two days. Hopefully we’ll all have it on Monday! If not, I sure hope I can resist the spoilers…. For once, I’d love to be surprised.

  28. Seriously- I have to stay off this site for the next few days so those of you with 1-day shipping don’t spoil the surprise! I live in NYC & it’s 2-day.. But I usually manage to miss my packages and chase them around for at least a couple of days.

    • Mine is coming from almost literally across the street (my subdivision is on the other side of the road from the town that it is coming from) and I am equally as anxious as you are! I won’t post any spoilers, but my package hasn’t moved yet either. Life of a Sub Addict….

  30. I was so excited about this box, and I can be patient. The only thing I am a little worried about is the regular monthly subscription. This will be my first month, they’ve billed me, but I still don’t have it or even a shipping confirmation.

      • I just got my shipping notice, and the tracking says it is being shipped priority 3-day, not 2-day as was promised. That’s disappointing.

        • USPS will change it to 3-day even if the shipper puts in 2-day depending on the zip. This happens to mostly rural zipcodes. LLB explained this to me because my sister box shipped 3-day instead of 2-day although she did receive it in 2 days.

          I’m not sure if that is what happened here, but it is one possible explanation.

          • Sorry. *sister’s box. My little guy is excited that we are home together today. It’s hard to type.

          • Yes, I live in an area considered rural. When I ship 2-day Priority at my local USPS, depending on the destination it often gets bumped to 3-day. Then the only choice is to upgrade to Express.

          • Mine shows 2 day priority but I’m in a big city so you’re probably right. Excited for this box!

          • I definitely do not live in a rural area and mine says 3-day :/

          • I’m not in a rural area either and mine says 3 day. I’m gonna have to avoid this website for awhile because realistically I probably won’t get my box until Tuesday or Wednesday next week and I really want to have the fun of opening it without being spoiled.

          • That map shows that I should get mine 2 day but my label says 3 day. I think that is because the boxes are leaving at the end of the week, which is a bummer. I know things come up, but it’s hard to adjust expectations several times a month when waiting for boxes that were paid for a long time ago. I would rather there not be any promise until they actually leave the building.

        • I got my ship note, but only label created. Package was not yet picked up by the post office.

  34. Woo hoo!! Can’t wait!! We are going to FL next month and I can’t wait for this box! Both of Liz’s pasts boxes were amazing…I even bought two of the 2nd…and Kloverbox is the bomb, so I have no issue with having to put on my big girl patience panties. Now I just need to find them, they are probably hiding in the back of the drawer next to the seldom used wallet girdle my husband gave me when saying phrases like “tighten the budget.” πŸ˜‰

    • Would you be willing to swap ur panties and girdle? I can really use them! I hae a good swap list LOL!

      • Well as I have absolutely no use for the girdle and the panties have not helped me in the least you are welcome to have them. In trade I could use something called a modicum of restraint but I can’t find where to buy it.

    • It does the same thing to me all the time, I just reload the page and it’s fine. I duno why it happens though.

      • From what I notice, if a page takes too long to load up (maybe too much traffic), i will get the error. The times I see it most often are on swap matchmaker and really popular items.

    • I’m starting to regret not purchasing one! I’m fairly new subscription boxes (I’m a Kloverbox subscriber of course!) and I wasn’t sure about the higher price tag. I hope more boxes are added or you do a second box of some sort.

    • Do we know if the two day shipping applies to Alaska as well?

        • Kloverbox, you obviously read the comments here. Why are you not responding to those of us who are having a problem with their (very expensive) box? Given that you collected (at least most of) our money on April 27, I feel that’s enough lead time for you to have planned to mail all the boxes simultaneously. Why do some orders still state unfulfilled?

    • Thank you both for keeping us in the loop. I never care if a subscription box is a little later then expected. (I do care if there is no communication and I feel undervalued as a customer – which obviously isn’t the case here.) I love the spoiler and can’t wait to see what else is in the box.
