MSA + Kloverbox Shipping Update

Received mine yesterday – I LOVE and will use everything in it! 🙂 I think the problems with some of the packages not moving or there being exceptions may be due to the USPS and the way they handle or sort things, rather than the labels or how it was sent out. Although I received this one, I have two other packages (one is a swap) that are sitting still after three days with no explanation and just say “in transit.” Once any of us sends something (whether through USPS or any other service) it’s out of our hands as to how that delivery service provider decides to handle it. I know this doesn’t help for those who are still waiting but eventually everyone will receive their packages.

DON’T GO OVER TO KLOVERBOX’S TWITTER PAGE to post over there! They have an entire spoiler picture there which was quite a shock for me to see since they haven’t even mailed all of the boxes apparently!

Just checked my tracking and still at label created and nothing more. The longer it takes I am afraid that those that have received theirs will let things slip and it will not have the surprise element I was hoping for. Sure wish we could get an update.

My box also states ‘unfulfilled’. What the heck is that all about? Seems unfair that some have theirs and others have not been shipped. Those that haven’t yet been shipped should be sent by a faster method to partially make up for this.

Mine still hasn’t moved from “label created” and it’s starting to really worry me! I’m concerned it’s just sitting somewhere, lost.

I still haven’t made it past Shipping Label Created! I just checked my sub box email folder – Liz sent out the email saying the box was available for purchase at 4:07pm and I had placed my order and received a confirmation email by 4:12pm. What is going on?!

Liz – any ideas?!

Hmmm.. Mine is still in IL as of this morning. It says there’s a processing exception. “The Postal Service has identified a problem with the processing of this item. The local facility has been alerted and is taking steps to correct the problem.” Anyone else had this happen? No idea what this means.

This is a real bummer, mine has obviously not even been packaged and shipped yet. usps still showing only label created on the 18th, and on the kloverbox account page it indicates that it has not even been fullfilled yet! I ordered and paid for mine on the day it launched, months ago.

Still no movement since label created on the 18th. I’m hoping it just shows up today, because I know that happens sometimes. It’s just kind of annoying since it was shipped 2 day shipping. I will say though that I got my shipping notice for Escape Monthly on Saturday, and they also sent it 2 day shipping. I haven’t had an update on that box at all since the label Was created on Saturda

Liz – my box arrived today but it was in pieces inside of a clear USPS “sorry we damaged it” bag. Only the tote and pillow made it and I assume that there was a lot more inside given the other comments. Should I contact Kloverbox customer service? Help!

Yippee my box came today! I don’t even remember what the original spoiler was but I’m super happy with the box. I think I’ll use everything and some items might just become favorites!

My status on website says ‘not fulfilled’. What does that mean? I emailed Kloverbox, but from the comments I don’t expect to hear back. Was wondering if anyone else experienced this.

Willing to sell my entire box for cost plus shipping…should get it in the next few days and can update any interested on tote color then. Email me at [email protected]

Liz – Any way you can give an update for those of us that show a label was created on June 18th, but the package still hasn’t actually been mailed. I can’t get a respone from Kloverbox either by email or by posting on their FB page. An update would be greatly appreciated by those of us still in, “Limbo.” Thank you!

I’m happy with the box. The spoiler item from the other post smells good enough to eat. I’m sure I’ll use it all in a week but that’s OK.

The other items are practical but that makes me feel better, actually. I feel that it’s a good value because everything will get used and I will be able to avoid going to the store to get a couple of things, thanks to this box.

(One thing I’ve had trouble with, with respect to sub boxes in the past, is that some items were far from practical for me. Since I still struggle financially, I couldn’t ever justify impractical subs, but I could justify practical ones — I’m saving money on something I would eventually buy anyway.)

At any rate, everything is luxurious and I’m happy to see so many full size items.

My shipping status still says “label created” and I’m about ready to look at spoilers! You know you’re a subscription box addict when the feeling that other people have already received their boxes when yours hasn’t even shipped yet is overwhelming! I must know what’s inside!

Wierd, my original post deleted after it was accepted for some reason. Mine didn’t arrive yet either and I’m really close by so I don’t think it was mailed yet. I checked out the spoilers, I really do hope I like it much better in person once it does come.

Im really bummed. I don’t have my box yet either, my label was created last week but appears not to have been mailed for whatever reason yet. I live very close in the same state to where this is coming from so even if it was mailed on Saturday I would have had it for sure by today. I did peak at the spoilers and hope I’m more excited with it when it does arrive. Maybe those in Illinois were sent regular mail instead of priority?

My shipping label was printed June 18th but no movement since….I am not a rural customer–in Memphis…wondering when I will get this.

Phew! I was about 5 minutes from giving into looking at the spoilers, but then our mail lady pulled up. I was surprised because my tracking said delivery tomorrow, but she had my box! I agree with the others that it is a very nice box. This was my first time purchasing a big dollar limited addition box and I’m happy that I did. The scrub smells heavenly! Great job, Liz and Kloverbox!

Mine still says shipping label created. I just accidentally saw a spoiler in my email from another blog. Darn! It looks great… I hope I see movement soon. It is a bummer that one made it to Hawaii and another to nyc before even heading in the direction of mn. Oh, the life of a sub addict. 🙂

I didn’t get my box either, and I only live 30 minutes from where it’s shipping from. My USPS tracking also still says, ‘label created.’ Bummer. Now I have to wait until Saturday to get it because I’m going out of town. I’m just hoping I can stay away from spoilers until then! 🙂
