Julep June Mystery Box – Available Now!

As far as mystery boxes go, this one wasn’t quite one of my favorites. Though I allow that being a Julep fanatic may be the culprit as several of these colors were duplicates from recent collections. I finally posted my review if anyone is interested in seeing what was in the box.

It sounds like the mystery boxes had the same thing: primer, eye liner, lip gloss, a palette, and of course the polish in Emmy Lou. I also added in a mystery polish and ended up with Angela. I’m really happy with it though! This was my first time buying anything from Julep and I’m really pleased so far.

I did Emmy Lou, the beauty box, and got the nude nail polish, lip gloss in Polished, black liquid liner, eyeshadow palette and face primer. I didn’t need anymore lip gloss or eyeshadow, but the box was still a good deal. Guess I was hoping for other things; probably shouldn’t do a beauty mystery again until I hit a makeup drought because I have got tons now due to my recent subscription box habit. haha

I bought the emmy lou and just received it, i love the box it came with, 1 nail polish, eyeshadow palette, eye liner, face primer and lip gloss all in really nice colors

I just recieved the Charmaine box and it came with 7 polishes and one nail file…

Bought the Julep nail polish mystery bag and then the comments about Zoya got me to start looking at theirs, where I bought 3 for $15 total with promo code KICK 🙂

I grabbed the beauty one because I love that nail polish color (It Girl – Emmy Lou). I kind of wish there were other nail polishes in this box, but then again, I’m already going to have quite a collection (recently signed up to be a Maven, and I also got some other polishes with my 50% off new member coupon code). I’m excited!

I went for the Nails Only box, this will be the 5th or 6th Julep Mystery Box I’ve gotten in a row, I’ve been really pleased with all of the ones I’ve gotten. The value is consistant and their polish is hands down my go to polish. I’m not a maven subscriber because I find this is a better deal -I think this is the first month there hasn’t been a free polish code floating around to pick out a newer polish to add to your box, but last night I was able to use their $20 off $40 code to get myself two other polishes (that code is no longer valid).

I don’t MIND when they do combo boxes because their beauty products are nice, but I get a lot of repeats – I have three different colors of their lip gloss, two different types of their mascara. I definitely prefer when they do two separate boxes. Can’t wait to see what comes!

I was wondering if anyone knows about this…under the Mystery Box section, they show a mix of different nail and beauty products other than just the box choices. Does anyone know if those products are examples of what would be included in the mystery boxes? I can’t understand why they’d be listed in that section otherwise. Would be nice to have hints though.

Do I have to be a Maven to buy the mystery box?

Grrr… I want the blue polish, but I’d rather it be paired with beauty items than more nail items. I’ve sampled a lot of Julep beauty products through their mystery boxes and I’ve been impressed with them.

Liz – Thanks for posting – So glad they have 2 options. Think I’m going to get the Emmy Lou (It Girl) Beauty Mystery Box because of the more usuable colors. – Does anyone know of any coupon codes that can be used for this box?

These boxes are so much more fun and exciting to me than their regular monthly subscription. I have found myself easily skipping the months, but having a very hard time skipping the mystery boxes. I’m almost certainly getting both… again!
