I always jump at these boxes — both EcoSalon and Organic Authority. They’re a great fit for me. However, looking at what’s in this box, I’m very disappointed. This does not have the variety of products they usually have, and most of the value of the box is in a gift card for two artist prints that I’m unimpressed by. Oh well. This is the first time since I found out about EcoSalon that I’m going to skip a box.

I will never buy one from them anymore. It took 3 months to settle a $40 partial charge because I never got my juicer. And when Chase called them, they insisted that I got it. Glad I saved all the emails. The sad part is some of the items they listed they never said it will be in the form of a voucher.

I had the same issue, I never received the juicer from January and they acted like I was crazy when I started to get upset four months after and still no juicer. They told me EVERYONE had gotten theirs and I was the only one who didn’t respond to their emails with a sub par replacement because they didn’t really have the juicer listed in the original box. NEVER AGAIN.

They kept telling me that I am the only one who is complaining about not getting the juicer also. I even provided links to previous comments on MSA. You should dispute a partial charge with your credit card. The juicer that was listed was never available. I ordered immediately after I got my order and talked to the customer service at the juicer company 4 times, once every 2 weeks. I do not want the replacement because it did not come with a pitcher. I also not happy with the gift card from a small vendor, $15 a month for every month in 2015, but there is a $5.95 shipping every time. Imagine paying $65 more to ship ? They are out of their minds.

I feel that same way Anna. I am a teacher and I am always in class when these boxes go on sale. Now I am home all summer long and this box does not interest me. Oh well looks like I just saved $129 🙂
