Geek Fuel Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Card

This box came with a card detailing the items included:

Geek Fuel Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Guide

It also comes with a Geek Guide mini mag:

Geek Fuel Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Game

Kingdom Wars Battles Downloadable Game Code & Sticker Sheet - Value $20

Since there are so many geeky subscription boxes lately, I like that Geek Fuel has differentiated their box by including a valuable game download in every box. If you like getting a new game code each month I highly recommend Geek Fuel.

Geek Fuel Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Mug

Breakstuff Club Mug - Value $10

I believe this was was made exclusively for the box since it is also the artwork on the Geek Guide. Here is the other side of the mug:

I like it!

Geek Fuel Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Tee

Turtles Assemble Shirt - Value $12?

(90% Cotton, 10% Polyester)

The tag on this shirt says Heavy Cotton, but it's a little lighter than some of the other "Heavy Cotton" tees we've received in geeky boxes. And this is another exclusive for the box!

Geek Fuel Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Figure

DC Comics Series 3 Scribblenauts Unmasked - Value $9

This is a series my husband doesn't collect...yet. He may end up swapping to get more!

Geek Fuel Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Candy

Star Wars Galaxy Mix - Value $2

Avengers Assemble Candy Sticks - Value $.50

And geeky candy is always a fun addition to a box! (Candy Sticks are a personal childhood favorite of mine).

Verdict: This box has a value of about $53. (I estimated values on the exclusive items, so that value may be a little off). I think Geek Fuel is doing a good job at value and exclusive items - two pieces I think you need to be successful in the geek box category.

What do you think of the April 2015 Geek Fuel box?

I wish they would put up a link called “How it Works.” When does the monthly subscription cost come out of the bank after the first initial box? When do they ship the boxes after the first box?

Geek Fuel is one of my favorite boxes, I like seeing all the stuff in the boxes. I liked the tshirt much better in the other 2 boxes, for me Geek Fuel was not girly geek enough so I canceled. I’m still hoping a box would come up with a girly geek box.

I signed up for Geek Fuel because I thought it was more unisex/universal than the others – getting a bow tie and tie 2 out of my last 6 boxes from Loot Crate is rather annoying.

I would love for a female geared geek/gamer box… we’re not that rare of a breed!

They did a great job! I might look for the shirt and mug on swap.

What is this swap you speak of? I want to swap or purchase the mug and t-shirt. I just subscribed so I think I missed it. HELP!
