Arianna Huffington Quarterly Box #ARI04 Reveal!

I am trying the 30-day membership to thrive and have had some issues. they offered me a free eye cream with my order but I didn’t get one because they ran out. They sent me perishables without a cold pack. They said I could return them at my expense and the implication was that they’d resell them. After I complained about all of this they offered me 10% off my next order and said they were looking into using cold packs. I haven’t had the best first impression but they’re new and maybe they’re still working out the kinks. Oh yeah, it was over two weeks from the time I ordered until the time the box arrived.

LOVE this box. She introduced me to Thrive, which I have never heard of before. I ordered last night (with some amazing prices on organic items). I did a search on reviews who compared prices prior to this box arriving – and it fares quite well for most items (not all) compared to whole foods and local organic shops. I was surprisingly offered a 20% code while I was on the site. I havent added the lifetime membership yet since it came with a 30 day one. Hope I don’t have problems later. Used the $25 code easily! The drink sounds absolutely lovely – and something I really need. I will be using the salts this weekend! They are gorgeous. Overall, this box was such a great fit for me – at a time when I really needed to be introduced to it all. I love her spirit and all she is introducing to us through these boxes!!

Bummer. I signed up for a trial on Thrive to see what they had and the base prices on their babyfood (an item that might make membership worth it for me) was so overinflated that even their reduced price is still more or equivalent to other stores regular prices. Other items seemed to have more accurate pricing, but since this would be one of the big items I’d be looking for, it’s disappointing.

I just got a new code and it worked fine. There was also a $25 gift card to Thrive that I used for my first order. Also, on the facebook page they have a code that’s good for the next 24 hours or so that will give you 10% off and free shipping on ANY purchase so you could place an order and use just that $25 gift card. I think the code was 50facebook, but I might be wrong.

I actually really like this box. I didn’t purchase it but I emailed Quarterly to see if they have any extra boxes. They do! I got one. Yay!

I have mixed feelings about this box. Im looking forward to trying out the thrive memebership. On the other hand, I don’t use it, I just bought the most expensive bath salts and wooden beads on earth.

I would be willing to purchase if anyone is having buyers remorse.

I would love the Thrive membership if anyone is interested in swapping. I would swap generously for it. Thanks!!

What is the cutoff for ordering this box or how quickly do these usually sell out?

I received this box yesterday and am very happy with it. The Rest Well is a bit different then anything else I have, and it actually helped me get settled for sleep last night. The thrive membership is a gold card that says lifetime member (I haven’t entered the code yet), and behind it I had a $25 gift card to Thrive. The bath salts are really lovely and would make a wonderful gift for someone. I feel it was more then worth my money, but I’ve been eyeing a Thrive membership for awhile. The Mala is feminine and lovely as well. I really, really like this box, but knew that I would from the spoilers.

I can understand why some of you might be disappointed with this box but I bought it for the Thrive membership. We don’t have a Whole Foods or Trader Joes where we live and drive 2+ hours to get to one every few months. This membership will not only save us time but also money (gas). They also offer free shipping over $50 and we spend way more than $50 on our trips. So I’m extremely excited for my box to arrive!

Does anyone know: if I subscribe right now, would I get this box or the next one?

Does anyone have details on the Lifetime Thrive membership? Is it really a lifetime membership?

Maybe I am in the minority here but I absolutely LOVE this box!!! I get most of my Groceries at Whole Foods and will use the Thrive membership all the time (their prices are much cheaper than Whole Foods or even Amazon Prime). That membership to Thrive Foods would be $59 a year and this is a lifetime membership. I bought the box for that alone. The other items were just a nice bonus. I guess it all depends on if you will use that membership of its worth it to you or not. Completely worth it for me!

This is my first time getting her box and it feels like a real let down from her previous boxes. I got the current box based on her previous boxes….I don’t know I’ll get the next one…

I kind of like the items although with all my vet bills lately (poor Nyx), it’s probably better that I kept my $100. (Also I am on mala overload thanks to Yogi Surprise.)
