I just got my first box on Friday and am really impressed. I am a busy working mom with a bad commute and am frequently hungry and tired (a bad combination). My husband can cook but you have to tell him what to do. (Who wants to do that?!?) On top of all this we are vegetarian. Anyhow I gave this a shot and the first two dishes were amazing! I am really excited about this.

I just started with my first delivery arriving Wednesday, and I’m so excited. I had to skip this week, though. With Mother’s Day, my daughter’s birthday, and our anniversary all being that same week, I just wasn’t going to have time to cook. I’m a little bummed that I won’t get a chance to try out the tostados or the ravioli. The tostados were one of the recipes I saw in a review that sounded very appealing, but it seems that they do rotate these recipes, so I can catch it the next time around.

While I haven’t tried the food yet (and I’m REALLY looking forward to it), I can say that I’m impressed with the site so far and how easy it is to order each week’s meals or to skip a week if needed.
