I really wanted to try the trout this week but I dont have a box plane grater for the ginger so I passed on it 🙁 I’m actually going out on a limb and trying my first vegetarian option instead (black coconut rice with spring vegetables and wasabi vinaigrette) but I’ll likely add a white fish to it as well.
