Never signed up for this (or any similar service) because I am vegetarian and avoid mushrooms like the plague. But…I have some farro I need to use up and some regular orange carrots, so I think I am going to attempt a variation on that dish at home tonight!

I’ve had good luck finding the recipes from them on Google images when I’ve been interested in a recipe that I didn’t purchase. Plated can be quite delicious. I feel the value tends to be higher when I buy meat dishes, but I’ve also enjoyed getting vegetarian ones with tofu. Mmm tofu, my favorite food.
