New Julep Pick-Your-Polish Mystery Box + Coupon!

This is my first look into Julep. I take it these two boxes are sold out as it just sends me to the “new arrivals” page when I click the link…

Just got mine from the post office! I was tempted to get one more box before I leave US for the summer and thankfully I got it! I finally got a bonus item that they claim to offer and this time it’s the Markkit jewelry. So here’s what I got in my beauty only mystery box:
Pamela (exculsive; love this shade)
Casey (another nail polish I didn’t need, don’t like the color either – there’s a reason why I choose this box over the other)

Lip Gloss in Lively (4th gloss from their mystery boxes, no repeats so far – Julep is doing their job right!)
Orbital eye shadow in Borealis (beautiful!)

Other than getting a second nail polish in the beauty only box, I love/am excited to try everything!!!

All right, I’m feeling kinda silly right now. So I’m not a Maven but I went for this (they were having free shipping over $25). I added on a polish and used a coupon code to get to about $27-28.

The polish I added was Hazel.

Oh well. This will satisfy my Julep craving (without subscribing) for awhile and I don’t hate (or have) any of the other colors. The hand/nail care products will get used.

And on their site it says there is a good chance the box will have a Markkit necklace tucked inside…I may have to spring for this one.

I ordered the Pamela box, even though I’d prefer Cora, because I am swimming in nail polish, as another commenter quoted. I love Julep’s beauty products, but I am out of top coat and I do wish one of those would be included :/

I’ve been waiting (patiently?) for this month’s mystery box. I just love these. I love Julep’s polishes, but I don’t want to get caught in their subscription. There’s always a free polish code too so it’s way too good a deal for me to pass up. I look forward to them each month.

I’m a bit disappointed that they don’t have 2 exclusive colors in the box this time as they are doing 2 separate boxes, but I’m happy to not have beauty products in my box. I love Julep’s gloss, but outside of that I’ve yet to find a beauty item that I’ve loved. Last month I got mascara and the last thing I needed was more mascara. Cant wait to see what comes!

I wish we could have picked the polish we wanted to go with the box that we wanted – but I had to get Cora so I can hate myself later when I realize everything in the polish box is dupes for me. But at least for today I’m happy!

Sold – the Cora color was way too pretty to pass up. I’m lucky – my friend’s teenager will take any colors I don’t use so I can buy Julep mystery boxes all day long without OD’ing on polish.

I ordered Pamela, even though I prefer the shade Cora in the nail only box. I’m swimming in nail polish, as I expect everyone is who’s been with Julep for more than a few months.
Hope I can swap for Cora when my box arrives!

Thankfully I’m not tempted by these colors. I’m into pastels right now for spring. I do love their mystery boxes but I wish they would offer one without nail polish because I always get super dark colors that all look black when I put them on. I would love to get a mystery box of just their makeup.

I am going to need both! Ugh….I am so weak.

GETCOLOR and FREETHROW didn’t work for me, but SPRINGFUN did. I had to break down and order. I hate getting nail polish in sub boxes, but loving Julep all of a sudden, it’s becoming a problem lol.

I couldn’t get the code GETCOLOR to work, but I got SPRINGFUN to work for a free nail polish 🙂

Phew! Thankfully I’m not tempted by either; I am swimming in polish.

I also find that while the value is technically $100 … It isn’t really because that presumes everything at full price, not the 20% off discount mavens always have, and not the discounts we get from codes or sales. That plus the fact that of course you’re bound to get some colors you dislike or already have…means usually not close to being”worth” $100 to me.

Also I hate that we can’t use our monthly % off codes on these.

Watch I’ll buy it anyway, cuz–pretty!!!
