Nerd Block Junior Boys Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Box

In addition to the classic Nerd Block subscription, there are also two Junior subscription boxes for kids. This review is of the girls box.

This box was sent to us for review purposes. (Check out the review process postto learn more about how we review boxes).

Nerd Block Junior Boys Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Cat

Gund Grumpy Cat - Value $5

Lego Friends Brick Erasers -  Value $4

This little mini plush Grumpy Cat is the softest and cutest thing ever! And the Lego eraser set matches the lego set the boys received in their box this month. (The boxes are mostly the same this month).

Nerd Block Junior Boys Subscription Box Review – April 2015 Splat

Splat Slammers – Value $3

GooBlinx – Value $5

These are both crossover items from the boys box as well. (I'll use the photos from the boys box review to keep from opening both).

This splat slammer is stretchable and you can throw it against surfaces for splat effects. Here it is stretched out:

The GooBlinx is a slime type material with a light up ball inside. It is cased in a UFO:

The Spongebob Movie Mega Bloks Mystery Pack – Value $4.50

We received the same Patrick figure in both boxes!

Nerd Block Junior Boys Subscription Box Review – March 2015 Boing

Drop The Bomb Whoopie Cushion – Value $1?

Freeze’s Ice Ice Babies – Value $1?

This item was cross-over as well. (This box arrived way before April Fools Day, I'm just late in getting this review up!)

Verdict: This box has a value of about $23.50. The cost (including shipping to the US) is about $20, so the value is better than the cost, but in general, the value isn't too much higher, so I'd guess this box is more about the fun for kids of getting their own box full of toys in the mail.

What do you think of the March 2015 Nerd Block Junior box for girls? Do you care if there is a lot of cross over items with the boys box?

The title says April 2015 but that looks like the March box.

Is this the boys’ box or the girls’? I was confused by the title when the review compared this to the boys’ box. Well that and I don’t know a lot of boys who would love a grumpy cat plushie, lol!
