The box comes with a fold out card including a letter from the GlobeIn team and backgrounds on each of the makers featured in the box. The theme this month is Picnics!

GlobeIn Artisan Gift Box Subscription Review – April 2015 Basket

Palm Leaf Basket – Value $12

Each box comes with some of the contents packaged in a palm leaf basket. (I think I get a different color each month - they're great for storage).

GlobeIn Artisan Gift Box Subscription Review – April 2015 Mango

Peruvian Dried Mango - Value $4

These just have one ingredient - organic mango! (I love that there is no sugar added - these are more than sweet enough!)

GlobeIn Artisan Gift Box Subscription Review – April 2015 Napkins

Eco Lunchbox Hand-printed Khatri Cotton Napkin Set - Value $10

I think these are a perfect addition for a Picnic themed box - they even come with their own drawstring storage bag which you can use for utensils too.

GlobeIn Artisan Gift Box Subscription Review – April 2015 SPF

All Good Unscented Sunstick by Elemental Herbs - Value $8

Yay - an ingredient-safe sunscreen that goes on completely clear! (We've had issues with Honest Co. sunscreen in the past - it goes on white and is very hard to completely rub in).

GlobeIn Artisan Gift Box Subscription Review – April 2015 Bento

Eco Lunch Tiffin-inspired Tri Bento Lunchbox - Value $25

This bento box is made with all food-safe stainless steel. Here are the three sections:

This may be my favorite item in the box. I love that it is plastic-free and dishwasher safe. I'll probably use it as a Tupperware alternative. (Hopefully I'll need it for a more exciting activity like an actual picnic though).

Verdict: This box has a value of about $59. I think that is great for the $35 cost, especially when you factor in that the products are also promoting fair trade practices across the globe. I love their theme this month too - it's really thoughtfully done! This also feels like a quality over quantity box to me - which is always a good thing in my book.

What do you think of the April GlobeIn Artisan Gift Box?

I love this subscription box. Its fun and unique! I have gotten the last two months. Even did the coconut rice recipe from March. I use my ecobox lunch container almost everyday and get all kinds of pleasant comments! I tell everyone about globein! I keep txting the link. The lunch container encourages me..subconsciously …I think to eat healthy! Thank you for review this box

This is one of my favorite boxes right now! I got really pretty napkins in pink and blue. My husband always loves the food they send (already bought more rice like they sent last month and the mango from this month is about gone) Just a fun sub to get and to be able to read about who made the items is fun.

Yes, you will receive April’s box if you sign up today. It ships after the 15th. Also, Tamara, if you want a certain month just sign up after the spoilers come out. They always do full spoilers before they sell out. You can cancel right from your account. And if you like the spoilers another month, go sign back up.

I love that lunch box! This was a great month for them. 🙂 I think about subbing to this box sometimes, but there are a lot of months in which I don’t think I’d use anything
