I’ve ordered from Fabletics twice (and liked both outfits) but I’m now having mixed feelings about them. Last month was a nightmare experience with customer service, then they changed their rewards program which now requires a ridiculous number of points to earn a free outfit, plus this month’s outfit choices seem to be more expensive than usual. I skipped ordering my outfit picks this month but I’m not sure yet if I will cancel my account all together.

What time will the May items be available for sale? Do they start it May 1 at midnight east coast or is it later in the day?

It used to be midnight but I think lately they’ve been waiting til the morning.

I think I’m skipping since I still haven’t gotten my April outfit. There may well be cute outfits, but there appears to be a pipeline issue and they haven’t done a good job of communicating about it.

Same here! I “pre-ordered” an April outfit and they never charged me and it never came. Bummed. I’ve been buying them for over a year and this has never happened before. I usually get everything in a few days. They may be getting too big for their britches!
