Used the coupon and got the Balanced Box for $6.49. I was going to gift myself a box to try it first, but the gift box price is double, which is crazy. I just emailed them to ask why that is.

I wrote to the company and asked about the higher price for the gift box, and they explained that the gift box is the same price as the regular subscription, it’s just that they deliver two boxes for each gift, instead of only one, and deliver these two weeks apart. So a one month gift entails receiving two boxes, with payment made in advance for two boxes. They are being very nice to me and said that they will look at rewording the copy to make that clearer. I just wanted to make sure that I corrected it here.

I inquired whether there is a no caffeine option and the answer is ‘not now but maybe in the summer’. Reporting here in case anyone else has caffeine issues.
