Sample Society March 2015 Full Spoilers

I received this box today, and it’s my first beauty subscription box. I was so excited when I opened it up and saw the contents! The new mascara is great. I have very long lashes and this brush can get every one from root to tip without looking clumpy. The balm is working out well, seems like just what my lips needed. I really like the Juice Beauty moisturizer–it makes my skin feel soft and look flawless. I’m looking forward to trying the Oscar Blandi spray. The lip gloss seems nice, but unfortunately I got Umbria (bronze) which would be terrible on my fair, cool complexion. But overall I am very pleased and can’t wait for next month’s box!

This box was sooo much better than last month! I am so excited to test out the Roller Lash mascara and the Oscar Blandi texture spray. Glad I didn’t cancel after last month!

This is one of my favorite Sample Society boxes yet! I roughly estimated the value of this box to be $56.50! I have been dying to try Benefit’s new Roller Lash mascara, in fact I ordered it from Birchbox but they sent me an empty package and it won’t be here until next week now. So I was very excited to see the mascara.
Cargo is one of those brands I was introduced to solely from subscription boxes and it has become one of my favorite brands. I absolutely love this lip gloss- I got Taos. I have medium tan complexion with dark hair so the color was a perfect nude for me!
Juice Beauty- oh my gosh. I absolutely adore Juice Beauty’s skin care products and I was ecstatic to get a travel size of the Green Apple Age defy. This will be perfect for travel!
Two days ago I was thinking how I needed to order another Malin & Goetz mojito lip balm. YAY! This lip balm stays on my bathroom vanity and goes on my lips every morning and night. It is wonderful! I am so excited to have this lip balm in the box thismonth.
I’m not familiar with Oscar Blandi but I am very excited to try this texturizing spray. I love the tip Allure gave us in our mini mag about using on 2nd or 3rd day hair to re-volumize roots.
I am so impressed with this box for just $15.

Just got my box. I was excited for the Cargo lip gloss but the color I got is soooooo ugly. In fact the booklet states ” while some of the other shades( taupe Taos, bronze Umbria, Lilac Stockholm) look unappealing in the tube, they’re surprisingly pretty on lips ” NOT! Of course I got the Taos. Makes me look like I am dead. Not my favorite box.

Yaay! This is a great box. I love Juice Beauty and the Oscar Blandi product is one my holy grail beauty products. It is not a dry shampoo and is a great dupe for Bumble & Bumble Dryspun which is super spendy. I am also stoked to try out the new Benefit mascara because i love the brand. The lip gloss/lip balms are meh …I am more of a lipstick girl but my mom and sister will absolutely love them. Sample Society is quickly becoming my favorite sub box. The value is always waaay over the $15 price and there always seems to be a good mix of brands categories and full sized products. Super excited to receive this!

This will be my second Allure Sample Society box. I definitely picked the right subscription box for me because I Love it. I will use everything in the box.

Just ordered this box because of the spoilers. I’ve been dying to try the new mascara (no Sephora or ULTA stores within 2 hours of me), & my mom loves the lip balm so I can give it to her. Thanks, Liz!

I’m pretty excited about this box. I have that texturizing spray already but I like it a lot & I’ve been wanting to try that mojito lip balm.

I’m glad i decided to go with boxycharm this year, because i was stuck between these two. three of those items i’ve received before, two in my crappy beautybox5! BB5 is often a few months behind other boxes in terms of the items every box sends out at some point (for example, the revlon mascara everyone got in summer went out in october for BB5), so the fact that even they’re ahead of SS is sketchy to me tbh.

Oh no. I didn’t know my favorite Malin + Goetz lip balm is full of parabens? ! And my children use it too! Hmm…

The Oscar Blandi isn’t a dry shampoo, it’s a texture and volume spray, a dry texturizing spray.

I’m so glad I dropped this sub. If I see the Malin + Goetz lip balm in one more box (I have a total of 4) I’ll scream. Ditto Juice Beauty moisturizer (which I actually love but have 3 of, unused). I hate when subs send a gloss and a balm. It’s redundant and to me a cheap filler item in most cases. The Oscar Blandi, like the Malin mojito balm and juice beauty moisturizer, made the beauty box rounds in the last year too. This is the third month SS seems to be last in line for products sent out by other subs months earlier, like they get the leftovers or something. Other than the mascara, for me it’s a box of no longer new items (repeats). Definitely a meh box for me.

All you ladies who are bummed about the dry shampoo should hit me up on swaps. That is gold in my house!! =) I have been waiting to try Sample Society. The spoilers of the Oscar Blondi and the lip balm got me! Thanks, Liz.

This is fantastic for only $10! The only product I feel meh about is the moisturizer. Does anyone know, if I sign up today will I receive the March box?

I’m not excited about this box at all, I already got 2 juicy moisturizers from Sample Society mystery box, I got the Benefit mascara sample from Sephora, I got the Oscar Blandi spray last month from Ipsy for my extremely dry hair, so I won’t use it, that lip balm is full of parabens and that cargo lip gloss is a meh, very disappointed :/ indeed, now I just hope Ipsy doesn’t send me a Marsk eye shadow as I just got one in my Beauty box 5 February box :/

My eldest son used the lip balm the other day and loved it and was planning on ordering it so this was a no brainer for me. He get the lip balm and I get everything else and save $ in the process. Win Win. Thanks Liz, I would never had caught this deal if not for you. 🙂

I am so glad I cancelled last month. This box is a meh to me.

why that mascara is everywhere?????

I was just thinking yesterday how sad I’d be when I ran out of my Malin lip balm! Also – I hope that Cargo gloss is a better color than ipsy sent out last month. That stuff was horrendous.

I’m pretty meh about this box. I wish I could have seen these spoilers before I got charged for this month. I’m excited to try the Roller Lash mascara and I do need some more moisturizer, but I already got the Malin + Goetz lip balm in an Ipsy bag. Although it’s a nice product, I don’t feel like I’d ever need another one. And I have far too many dry shampoos, including this Oscar Blandi one. Can we please skip dry shampoos in sub boxes from now on? Sadly, I think this will be my last Sample Society box :(.

Nice box. Tempting…. but I stopped using the M&G lip balm when I read the ingredients. And the other products, though nice, are products I have plenty of….. so a dithering no for me.

This will be my first box from them. I already have Oscar Blandi from another sub that I haven’t touched yet. Pretty happy that Malin + Goetz Mojito Lip Balm is in this one. I live in New England and this stuff works great! Hope I love the rest!

The mascara is a sample. I just received a sample from the benefit brow bar and it is exactly that size

Personally not excited. I’ve sampled that moisturizer before – burned my skin 🙁 I got a Cargo gloss in Ipsy & hated it. I already have the full size roller lash & 2 free minis – very nice mascara! I’ve received 3 or 4 of that lip balm – texture is nice but extra product always builds up on the side & gets goopy. So I would only sorta like the spray. It’s fine though, this looks like a decent box for someone’s first box with the $5 off.

The Malin & Goetz lip balm is my favorite! I’m so happy to have more. I really wanted to try Benefit Rollerlash too. And I just sampled my first Juice Beauty product in my February Birchbox (the blemish cleanser) and I really liked it so I can’t wait to try the moisturizer. Great box!
