They just released a spoiler on FB–Botanical Detox Bath Salts by Urban Organics.

Nice! I think the box ships today. Can’t wait to see the whole thing!

I asked them on IG and they said it will ship next week with an expected 2-3 day delivery.

I just got an email to use code “Organic” to save 10% off the first box and get a free bonus item valued at $5.

This box looks so cute I couldn’t help myself! I didn’t have any trouble with the order form and received the confirmation email right away. Can’t wait to see what it brings!

Now no more new boxes! …okay, no more new boxes this month! 😀

I had the same problem with an error code when I clicked the purchase button. I decided to check my email from my phone before resubmitting my purchase on the computer and sure enough almost instantly I had a confirmation email with a welcome and then a second invoice email.

Just a glitch I suppose. So if this happens to anyone else check your email before resubmitting your order.

Can’t wait for this box BTW!!!

I think I signed up, but I hit an error page. My account says I have signed up, but not using the discount code. I emailed them, so hopefully it gets straightened out. I’m really looking forward to this box!

Hi Alley! This is Holly, from Prospurly – and hello to everyone else here! Thanks for checking us out 😀 We’re currently experiencing quite a bit of traffic, and some people are seeing an error page at checkout. We’re working hard to fix it and we’re so so sorry for bug. Please contact at [email protected] if you have any questions – we’ll be proactively reaching out to anyone with multiple orders. Again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience!

Hi Holly! I actually got an email response back from you already, and you confirmed everything is A-OK with my subscription. Thanks so much for the quick response, looking forward to the first box! 😀

When I hit the submit button to place my order, an error page popped up – so I went back and tried to resubmit my order. This happened several times. Lo and behold, when I checked my email, I found out that the order actually had been processed – five times – even though I never received an order confirmation on the website.

Therefore, if you get an error message when trying to submit your order, I’d recommend waiting a few minutes and then checking your email, before trying to resubmit your order.

I contacted Prospurly customer service and someone got back with me very quickly and said they would cancel they extra subscriptions.

I don’t know I’ll have to wait for a review and see how this box goes. It sounds really interesting, but to me $50 for an $80 value box isn’t so great.

I was going to take a chance and get a gift subscription as a birthday gift for someone. It sounds like it would be something she would really enjoy, but when I try to check out it states “Error processing checkout: Invalid password “. I think this is strange since you are creating the password at the time of checkout. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had that issue and I had to use a different email address to get around it. I’m thinking there might be an issue with the cratejoy software if you are subscribed to another box that uses cratejoy with the email address you are trying to use.

OK-thank for the tip!

I discovered that if you have a box with Cratejoy, you need to use the original password you made for the first box. I have four boxes with Cratejoy and had a really hard time signing up until I realized that. Then it wasn’t a problem, they just all have the same password. I hope that makes sense.

I love the concept, hate to give up a 10% discount, and subscribed to debut boxes in the past.

I went to their home page and could not click on featured in “Amazon” etc. I googled the box name with each featured in and nothing came up in Google.

I know nothing about Facebook. There is a personal post on the page, and there is nothing there when I click on that account. I don’t know if it means that the Facebook account is private. The only reason I checked is that it seems out of place with the rest of the posts to page. There’s no TOS or privacy policy which usually has the address or owner of the box listed.

I hope it is legitimate. It is using CrateJoy software which is a good sign. Maybe I am being too cautious. I’ll never understand the secrecy that surrounds sub boxes owners and locations.

I should add that it is the “featured in” that bothers me the most. I probably would had subscribed if it wasn’t for that. How does a box get featured in Amazon and B&N? Why can’t google produce a hit for any of the four featured ins? None of it is hyperlinked to show the articles etc.

Hello Anna 🙂 We’re actually using a “theme” on Cratejoy and are still tidying things up. This is a standard block in their theme we’re still working on removing. We are brand new and have not been featured on those sites… yet! 🙂 We really thank you for checking us out!

HH

Maybe the items in the boxes have been featured in those places.

PA Anna

The only other thing I can think of is that it is owned by the same gentleman that owns Yogi Surprise and Escape Monthly. The box design is similar, the products fit what he sends out in his boxes, and the discount is similar to Yogi Surprise when it first launched.

I’m done posting! Can you tell I want the box LOL. I’ll wait for a couple of reviews.

Betsy

Liz you must stop this, lol! I’ve just signed up! Thanks so much I’m excited!

This box looks really great, but I’m going to wait to see a review before I pull the trigger. This looks like something I would absolutely love, so I hope the execution is great.
