I just received my first box for February.. This was something of a let down.. The last to boxes looked great. This box has 2 coffee mugs. with xoxoxo on it. And one with Love on it. Written by hand. Estimated at $25.00 value. Really?i could have made this myself for $5. A wooden tray stained umbra style. With a smear of stain dark on the light part. So I can’t gift it. A mood spray. And 2 handmade sewn coasters that look rather cheap. This always happens to me!!

That’s disappointing to read.

I agree, If I don’t like something in a box, I would at least want it to be a giftable item.

I purchased the box, and absolutely love the pillow she made. While I appreciate her artistic ability, I don’t know how she will continue to put hand crafted items in her box, especially as she gains more clientele. Nevertheless, I’ve made the investment into a several month subscription to find out. Hopefully they keep being awesome!

Looks like a great box, but wish there was a coupon code to try it first.

The December box looked great–love those birch napkins, among the other goodies! The January, however, looked awful. At least there wasn’t a rabbit’s foot keychain.

Not for me, these objects seem on the pedestrian side. As a designer I appreciate great design, and Skandicrush is well curated

I regret my comment, it sounds a bit elitist – to each their own taste
! My apologies!

Interesting but think I will stick with Skandicrush as more my style

When you add up the cost of shipping for each item in a box from each individual shop, plus the cost of the item, you normally come out way cheaper buying the box. I had to pay nearly $8 for a tube of $10 hand cream that I received in my Style Quarterly box b/c my sister wanted some. That’s just for one item and the shipping for their box is $9.95
I’m interested in this box, but would like to see a few others first.

I’m really interested in this box, but I went to check out and the shipping is $8.00, which is really making me think twice.

This box sounds super interesting, I’d have to see a few boxes first before subscribing though.
