Winter Bundle

FabFitFun is offering a Winter Bundle today at Gilt City. For $59, you get the entire Winter FabFitFun Box, plus a Jessie Steele apron, and a FabFitFun water infuser bottle.

Winter Bundle Deal

Make sure to use coupon code WELCOME20 to save an extra 20% off this box. (You may need to create a new Gilt City account to use the coupon). That would bring the cost down to $48, which may be worth it if the added apron and water bottle have value to you!

I had a few issues with FFF over Christmas (Tracking issues) but just found out they were out of the office for almost 2 weeks. I think it’s cool they gave their employees that time with their families, not too many other companies are out there like that. They apologized and resolved my issue even offering me a $5 credit for the delay. I can’t be mad at that.

Thats great they gave you a $5 credit – A lot of box companies seemed to have taken the last 2 weeks of the year off. Because it is similar to retail with Christmas and the Holidays being a busy shopping season. – I purchased more boxes in those 2 weeks and looked for more sales during any other time of the year – It irritated me on so many ( box ) companies taking those 2 weeks of the year off, a lot not even telling their customers ( which they should have at least done – since people do purchase then ) . – The companies that did have sales/coupon codes/promotions and did respond to emails during that time, are the ones I ended up purchasing from, the ones that did not I skipped completely.

Yes, I understand where you are coming from it does suck to have to wait for a response. Sure it’s great other companies were responding during that time but to me that just seems greedy, I’d rather support a company who cares about their employees even if it means consumers have to wait a little for a response, It’s not that big of a deal to wait a few extra days, my tracking ended up updating on its own anyway. I also have Birchbox and it took them the same amount of time to respond but they were in the office the whole time so that ticked me off more. I’m just excited to finally get my box, I already know what I want to use my Fashion Project gift card on!

I’m baffled how this is such a great deal, considering it’s being offered on a flash sale site. It’s full price plus $9 with the only extras being the apron and a water bottle (that’s been promised to quite a few in other deals but wasn’t ultimately included). You can always get $5 off a new FFF sub and most often $10 off. To me this is no deal since it’s $19 more than what I paid with 2 added items.

I ordered this box via the Rue La La deal a while back. After having to follow up with Rue La La twice since they didn’t send me the code, I was able to get the box. (It was my first FFF box ever.)

I love the contents (minus the necklace which turned into a great swap!) and the water bottle was included for me.

I ordered the Winter Box back on December 5th and it JUST shipped. I gave them the 15 business days and it shipped on the 15th day. Just wanted to give some input to those who are still waiting for a shipping notice. Not impressed with the shipping time by any means, especially since they seem to be so pressed to get rid of these boxes.

I did the post-Christmas half off sale on Dec 26, still waiting on shipping info…

They must be having trouble selling this box. Since it was on sale at Ruelala and then they launched a 50% off code. And now this Gilt city offer. I was gifted the Deal from Ruelala and never received the water bottle that was suppose to come with it. I’ve written CS but seem to be ignored.

I’ve been waiting on replacements from the fall box for 4 months now. I used to sing their Praises and thought they had excellent CS but now I’m not so sure. I really dislike being ignored like this. In November they wrote me apologizing for the delay and said my replacement items would sent. Yet I have received nothing and all my emails seem to go on deaf ears. Not pleased. I don’t know if they’re just slammed and extremely busy or if they just don’t care anymore but this entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I tried calling them today and no answer plus their voice mailbox is full so I can’t leave a message.

I’m starting to understand the frustration others have felt with FFF. I’ll keep trying to get my missing items but I’m unsure if I will continue with them in the future.

Ok so I finally got thru by telephone. They perfusely apologized, apparently all my messages were being sent to their spam box so they werent receiving them. All my replacement items will be sent out today or tomorrow. So I they do actually arrive then they have redeemed themselves in my eyes!

Did they ever arrive? I purchased an annual subscription on Jan 10th, got an email that my box shipped on the 26th, yet nothing has shown up. I have written them twice. I find this completely unacceptable.

I submitted my order accidently without the OMG code, and emailed them 30 seconds later. Their response was to bill me the full $50, and then give me the next box for $25. I am not happy, and requested either the winter box for $25, or $10 off and the next box at $25, because no one ever pays the full $50! No response yet. Not happy!

I purchased the winter box on sale a few weeks ago, was charged for it, have yet to receive it, have emailed FFF about any information on anticipated shipping and received an auto reply assigning my query a claim # almost two weeks ago with no real response or follow up. Is anyone else having this problem??

It has been my experience that there is never a response from FFF until the resolution is complete. Very unsatisfactory.

Wonderful deal! – Yet I still don’t want this box – I skipped the winter box this month, i’m glad I did, I was able to swap for a few items I was interested in. The necklace to me was the biggest turnoff from this box. It did not give the box a fuzzy, happy feeling, even though I like the other items, based on how many necklaces are on the swap board it does not seem like an easy item to swap. – I hope that FFF puts some positive, happy items in the Spring box, If so I’ll sign up again.
