Citrus Lane is a subscription box for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. (They customize your box to your child’s age and gender). The box I’m reviewing today is for a newborn. (Gender neutral). (Our very good friends are expecting their first child in May, so I'm trying to get them as many helpful newborn products as I can by then!)

Citrus Lane Review & Coupon Code – January 2015 Ball

Skip Hop Safari Giraffe Chime Ball - Value $10

The chime in this ball is a really relaxing/soothing sound, and this ball gets great reviews too. (Apparently the wings are perfectly sized for grabbing).

Citrus Lane Review & Coupon Code – January 2015 Gloves

GoumiMitts - Value $12

Dr Smith's Diaper Rash Ointment - 1 oz total Value $4.30

This mitts help prevent babies from scratching their faces. Based on the reviews I read, they seem to work well for most reviews, but a few had problems with the velcro straps sticking over the glove - which led to scratches. I'll be making sure to let my friends know to only use these when they are the perfect fit.

This diaper rash ointment gets rave reviews on Amazon, and these trial size tubes will be great for putting in the diaper bag.

Citrus Lane Review & Coupon Code – January 2015 Cloth

Aden + Anais Burpy Bib - Value $11

Aden + Anais is one of my go-to brands for baby shower gifts, and I'm always excited to see it in a subscription box - it is such a great quality brand. This burpy bib works both to go over your shoulder for burping, or to make into a bib - it has snaps for that function!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $37. I'm really happy with the curation this month since everything feels very high-quality - I can't wait to give the entire box to my friend! What did you get from Citrus Lane this month?

Finally, doctors have confirmed to me that I’m going to give birth to a baby boy or a baby girl. I’m so excited that I started shopping for my upcoming baby. Thanks for sharing this blog. It helped me a lot. Thanks for sharing! I’ve already purchased this https://www.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/citrus-lane-jan-2015-gloves.jpg online!

My female newborn box wasn’t nearly as nice. I got the chime ball and the burp cloth, plus one itty bitty sample of hand lotion and a set of plastic keys.

Thats a great newborn box! I loved all things aden and anais and skiphop (i think early boxes had skiphop coupon codes so i stocked up).
My 26 month old got a petit collage puzzle (3+ years, most challenging puzzle so far), jjrabbit with a frog, 2 packs of eco dough and the gummy vitamin 2 pack. Puzzle (or book!) Makes any box a great box for my daughter 🙂 i hate the eco dough the, like playdough. My daughter likes to smear it into clothing :/

I was pretty happy with this month box. Last month was so disappointing I would have cancel if I did not have a 6month subscription (I paid around $16 monthly with a coupon).

We received the Petit Collage memory game ($16), a reusable bottle ( which I purchased at whole food before for $6) and the Plus-Plus Midi Basic ($12).

Total came to $34 worth of things but if I were to order we would have pay shipping and taxes! (plus I haven’t heard of theses two toys before)

As an FYI for your friends-if you’ve got a spitty baby those bibs are great at keeping an outfit cute until you want to show it off-I used them to keep outfits clean before family pictures when my daughter was tiny-covers more than a normal bib, stays in place better than a burp rag

We received our box yesterday, it’s for my 3 year old but she and my 18 month daughter both play with everything that are included in these boxes. The value was about $30. We received a memory game (that my 3 year old loves), a girly tinker toy set called Goldie Blox and
