I’m trying to use the WELOMEBACK coupon but keep getting an error message that it’s already been used.

Can you please try clearing up your cache first? This usually works. If it doesn’t feel free to use WELCOME-BACK code (with a dash) instead.
Another option is to checkout via our iOS app.

Believe me, technical issues and mistakes like this frustrate me as much as you, because in the end of the day our artisans are on the loosing side. In this situation refunding you the money in full was the only option since you did not want to use other discounts we offered you. I hope you find other good ways to support artisans.

Thanks, I’ve been waiting for such an offer to try this Artisan Box.

A couple of things, the 50% off coupon works for the whole box+shipping cost of $35, so you end up paying $17.50 for your first month box.

California residents, however, have to pay tax (so the cost for this box is about $19, but future ones will be $38).

Love this box and the company. I even got a gift subscription for my sister and she loves it too. I’ve emailed customer service twice to ask a question and both times I received a quick and professional reply.

I am actually surprised to hear that. I have had interactions with their c.s. and heard back within minutes. (From Liza) They were always helpful and professional. It stinks you had a bad experience.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. GlobeIn literally cancelled my entire year subscription after I had already paid for it with a coupon code, received an email confirmation and tracking for the first box and wouldn’t let me re-purchase at the same price. Akin to theft. Plus their CS emails were filled with typos, which is simply unprofessional and insulting. If you can’t take my inquiry seriously enough to re-read your email for errors, then you shouldn’t be handling the issue. Find another way to support artisans, everyone!

I think AvoidGlobein that you may have had the same problem I did with the coupon code (I think it was in December?). I had problems with my order going through and could not get a response from CS. I was very miffed by that.

The last post MSA did included some comments from Liza at Globein. She had me reach out outside of MSA and I received an answer. Apparently their was a glitch with that coupon code that was allowing a discount on all boxes in a subscription, rather than just the first one. She explained that it would not be cost effective to allow that 50% for a full subscription.

I do understand that issues happen (especially in our digital age). I would have been less irritated if I had found that out right away though. Although, I think there may have been a lot of orders that needed to cancelled due to the error and they were spending their time doing that.

I am glad I finally received a response. I am going to give the company another shot.

P.S. I had some minor grammatical errors in my email. Based on what they were, I believe that perhaps the person writing them was not a native English language speaker.
