I think AvoidGlobein that you may have had the same problem I did with the coupon code (I think it was in December?). I had problems with my order going through and could not get a response from CS. I was very miffed by that.
The last post MSA did included some comments from Liza at Globein. She had me reach out outside of MSA and I received an answer. Apparently their was a glitch with that coupon code that was allowing a discount on all boxes in a subscription, rather than just the first one. She explained that it would not be cost effective to allow that 50% for a full subscription.
I do understand that issues happen (especially in our digital age). I would have been less irritated if I had found that out right away though. Although, I think there may have been a lot of orders that needed to cancelled due to the error and they were spending their time doing that.
I am glad I finally received a response. I am going to give the company another shot.
P.S. I had some minor grammatical errors in my email. Based on what they were, I believe that perhaps the person writing them was not a native English language speaker.
