I want the winter escape welcome box, the colors looks beautiful. Yet julep is still only putting the snow day welcome box in my shopping cart, no option for anything else when you try to join and honestly I really don’t like the colors it shows in the snow day welcome box. I’ve heard so many good things about julep but it’s too expensive especially when you don’t know what your getting.

I tried one of those Julep offers because the three nail polish colors looked good to me (the Christmas promotion). They sent three different colors! I was disappointed and I took them to task. Then I canceled. Nowhere do they say “You may receive other colors”. Buyer beware! You may very well receive other colors.

Actually they usually have something like “the gift includes three nail polishes and one beauty product, items may be substituted” in the fine print. They almost always send different colors.
Glad you were able to cancel successfully though! Keep your eye on your credit card statements, I’ve heard a lot of people say the charges kept coming despite cancellation.

Liz, is there a way to report a swap user? I’m pretty sure I was scammed out my Loeffler clutch from the Popsugar Holiday box. 🙁 I’m willing to give the girl a few days to answer my numerous emails but looking at a few recent feedbacks of hers, I wouldn’t be the first person she’s done this to.
