Geek Fuel is a brand new subscription box in the geek and gamer category. (I feel like I say this a lot - but I think 2014 was the year of the geek and gamer subscription box category explosion!)
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).
The Subscription Box: Geek Fuel
The Cost: $23.90 a month
The Products: Games, toys, collectibles and other exclusive gear.
Ships to: US, UK, Canada
Delivered via: USPS
The box comes with a mini mag very similar to the Loot Crate mini mag.
Here is a look at some of the pages:
Star Wars Tee - Value $15?
Our Star Wars fan friend will LOVE this shirt!
ENFU Cosplay Sticker Set and Bonus Geek Fuel Stickers - Value $3?
These stickers seem to be made exclusively for the box, so I'm estimating value.
ENFU Nihontown Poster - Value $20
This is a wide panoramic poster - I couldn't even get it all in the shot! If you want to get an in depth look at the poster, they break it down section by section on the ENFU site.
Hobbit Holiday Greeting Card - Value $3?
Terraria Collectible Bookmark and Digital Download - value $10
The inside of the card reads, "Hope you get something precious this year."
Boca Java Atomic Coffee in Cinna-Buzz - Value $8
This coffee contains 50% more caffeine than regular coffee, and it comes in flavors like Peanut Butter Bomb!
Android Mini Figure - Value $15
(Subscribers will receive 1 of 7 different designs).
Living Language Dothraki Sample Lesson - Value ?
We're pretty big Game of Thrones fans, but I didn't know that HBO offers language courses!
Verdict: I thought this was a very interesting first box. They sent a lot of items I haven't seen in geek boxes before (which is impressive considering how many geek boxes we subscribe to), and the value is good too - over $70.
What do you think of the first Geek Fuel box?
