I’m a little frustrated with Julep right now. I ordered one of their build your own sets last Monday, only because in the past when I’ve ordered from them they’ve shipped super quick (I’m not a subscriber, but have made purcahses in the past). It’s part of a gift that I have to mail to Texas and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I called to see if I could cancel the order because it’s still “processing” and I was told it went out today. How convienient. I hope it gets here by Friday. 🙁

They raised prices, mainly removed the Maven discount pricing, but you still save a few bucks off the Maven and also whatever previous discount they had. Although, they should not say they are given us an “Extra” 50% off because that implies on top of the already discounted price. This just saves my wallet. It’s really more of a save an additional 20% off of already discounted pricing.

Agree. They raise prices and take off the Maven 20% discount … so the 50% off is really like 10%. But 10% more off is I guess better than 0% more off. ONLY if I was going to buy the item anyway though…

Yeah, they definitely raise their prices for sales. The $40 set I wanted is now $60.

On Facebook they are saying that Julep raised their prices last night by double, so the 50% off is not really much of a savings. I don’t know how true this is. Just something to consider.

Their prices seemed higher to me – For $12 for 3 mini lipsticks with a coupon code seemed a little bit pricey to me and that was with the coupon code. It would have been $24 otherwise. There is no way I’d purchase those for $24 – I hope the quality is very good.

Thank you for posting this – This is the first time I’ve ordered from Julep for at least 6 months. I ended up getting the Mini Lipstick Trio Mini’s with coupon code for only $12. – I like that they are sheer and classy looking. I also like they are mini’s because I get bored with lipsticks easily.
