I never received a confirmation, although the money was taken out of my account. I just tried to log in and it’s saying they don’t have any record of either of my email addresses. Just emailed them as I’d like to get one or both of their holiday boxes, but needless to say would like to get this straightened out first!

Can you please email [email protected] about your order and she will get back to you asap. All the Holiday Box orders go through a different system though so you don’t have to worry about that 🙂

After receiving my Nov box, I was billed on Nov 22nd for Dec through PayPal. I haven’t received any confirmation from GlobeIn. Their website says my next billing cycle is Nov 22nd, but nothing about being paid. I emailed a few days ago and haven’t gotten a reply. I don’t like the feeling I’m getting from this and may just cancel.

I emailed them last Friday about the problem I had with my order. Never heard back from them.
Even if they weren’t going to honor the coupon, they should have really contacted me to let me know.
I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when a company isn’t responsive to someone trying to patronize their business.

I had my order in my cart and lost internet connection….so my order dumped.
When I tried again I kept getting “you have already used this coupon.” I cleared my cookies, etc. and even tried on another computer. No luck.
I guess maybe it expired? Kind of bummed….but I guess this saves me money. I will send an email and see if they can help out, but it is 4:30 p.m. PST here and I doubt I’ll hear anything until Monday.

I had to delete all my cookies and history to ( after ) I deleted everything in my cart, I also did a complete shut down, … Complete pain, yet it worked and I saved 50% off my 3 month subscription so I’m happy I went through the extra trouble. — Hope it works for you —

I just signed up using the discount code, but did not get an email confirming my subscription. I did get one that said welcome to the website, but no receipt or anything. Is this consistent with everyone else’s experience? When I login in shows that I’m getting a box in December, but nothing acknowledging the order/length of the subscription.

Same thing happened to me. Just call them to make sure they have your order. It seems to be a glitch in their system. It does not show I’m getting the december box, nor did I get an email. I called them and got my order #. This is a wonderful coupon code and I’m looking forward to getting the boxes.

This month will only be my second month with GlobeIn, but last month I got a short table runner and two beautifully made pillow covers in my favorite colors. I can’t wait to see what I get this month!

Just signed up for 3 months total was only $44! – I ended up getting the artisan prime for $5 a month so that saved me on shipping! – There site is wonderful. I found so many great things made by artists at great prices. I’m going to have skip another box in January because I signed up for this box yet it seems worth it. Big area to put notes for personalising the box based on likes and dislikes =)

Thanks liz! Great coupon code, I’ve been looking for a coupon code like this for a while. I like the quality of the items when I’ve swapped for it. Any idea if the cancelation policy is a easy?, just in case after 4 months I no longer want to subscribe.

never mind =) just found it, it says ” Go to the Subscription Settings while logged into your GlobeIn account and click Cancel. ” – I always find myself subscribing for more months if the cancelation is easier.
