Skandicrush Subscription Box Review - October 2014 Letter

This box came with a letter detailing the theme for the box. This month is all about “Mortensaften” - the feast of St. Martin or St. Martin's Day.

On the flip side of the card is an itemized list of everything included with retail prices.

Skandicrush Subscription Box Review - October 2014 Shakers

Menu Bottle Grinder Set - $59.95

I love the minimalist look of these grinders. Salt and Pepper grinders aren't an item I'd say I get excited about, but then goop released their Holiday Gift guide declaring these grinders to be "something you don't know you need, then can't live without."

Now I am excited to try these potentially life-changing grinders! (At the very least they will look much better than our current Trader Joe's grinders I bring out for dinner).

Skandicrush Subscription Box Review - October 2014 Towels

Manostiles Organic Tea Towels (2) - $24.95

These are made with 100% cotton and this print is exactly the type of design esthetic I expect from Skandicrush - love it!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $85. I think that's great for two quality products. (I like that Skandicrush seems to be taking the less-is-more, quality over quantity approach to these boxes).

What did you think of the November Skandicrush box?

Add yourself to the waitlist… they will send out an email if any become available.
I did that and got an email a couple of days later.

Thanks, I will do that, when I look on their website all I saw was that they was sold out didn’t even look for a wait list, but I will go back and add myself to the wait list. <3

My towels are also black and white, and I love that they are 100% organic cotton. I love the grinders, they not only are for salt and pepper, it can be used for herbs. The grinder have a very nice, quality feel in ones hands. I am loving this subscription, the quality and so very different from others.
