We subscribed to Hatchery on 11/26 and have yet to receive a box. Any idea when the December box ships?

Hey, Erin! I also subscribed back then and haven’t received my first box yet. I emailed them last Thursday or Friday, but haven’t gotten a response. I’m planning on contacting them again tomorrow. Their site says they usually ship by the 15th and will send a shipping notice. I haven’t gotten one of those yet.

Erin, I contacted them today and my box had already been mailed. I just didn’t get a notice. I’m thinking something in their process got missed because I signed up through Rue La La. I don’t know. But my box is on the way, so I’ll bet yours is, too.

I don’t subscribe to Hatchery currently, so I’m not sure when the December box is supposed to ship, I would think they would try to get it shipped before the 25th though. Sorry I don’t have any answers 🙁
