  1. I decided to order the one box voucher, but still haven’t received it via email, even tho it’s supposed to arrive within 24 hours – anyone else have this issue?

    • I’m having the same problem.
      So I sent an e-mail and they said they will resend the voucher.
      Still have nothing so far.

      • I had the same issue. I called them after about 50 hours. They checked and said an email had never been sent to me. (At least they were honest about this.)

        They send they would request an email be sent to me with the code and that I should receive it within 24-48 hours and to check my junk/spam folders. I asked what happens if I don’t receive an email then and they said I should call back and give them a different email address. (This has nothing to do with my email address since they never sent the email to begin with but I am giving them a chance to fix this. This is my first Rue La La purchase.)

        If I don’t have an email within 48 hours, I am not going to be happy…..

        • I was reading on past Ruelala FFF deals and it seems they had similar problems before. This is my first time ordering from Ruelala and I’m NOT impressed.
          I don’t understand why they can’t operate like groupon and have the code show up in your account instead of this e-mail system.

        • UPDATE – of course the time came and went and I received nothing. I contacted them by email, explained what had happened so far. They emailed me back in about a day and said “… so sorry that it is taking a little longer than we would like to get your FabFitFun voucher to you. Though we don’t have an answer quite yet as to the root cause, we are escalating this to our Corporate Team, and expect to have a resolution within 1-3 business days.” I responded and said “Thank you for your response but I am sorry that I cannot wait that long. Another person I know was able to get the code from you earlier today over the phone when she had the same issue. There is no reason you cannot get it one for me at this time as well. She ordered after I did.

          It has now been more than 5 days since I paid for this order. When 24 hours is promised– 5 days, 3 follow up messages, and a timeline that you ‘expect to have a resolution within 1-3 business days’ is completely unacceptable especially when a holiday is approaching that could delay this even further.

          I need you guys to generate a code for me at this time as well.” and thanked them.

          12 hours later I received my code from them. So I am not sure if they would have sent the code at that time anyway, but I doubt it.

    • Glad it’s not just me! Am just hoping the Winter box isn’t sold out by the time we get the voucher – I will NOT be pleased! 🙂

    • I just sent them an email. I got the email that said my purchase was confirmed and to expect an email with the voucher within 24 hours but nothing since and nothing in the spam file. This is certainly annoying !

  2. just got the 2 box deal for $50! if you use the Android app you can get a $25 credit by checking out with Google Wallet. I was buying something else first, so it worked out great. Got the credit in 24hrs!

    • Amanda, how long did it take for you to get the $25 credit? I placed my order Friday night but nothing’s shown up yet.

      • My credit showed up in 24hrs. Maybe delayed because of the weekend? However, still waiting on the voucher code. Have been in contact with customer service though..

      • Just as long as it shows up in time to use it on the FabFitFun deal! Did it just magically appear in your account?

        I got the confirmation email from RueLaLa re the Glossybox order, but no voucher code yet either.

        • Yeah, the credit just appeared. Hopefully the voucher code will too!

  3. I bought this deal yesterday but I got an email saying shipping will be approximately 7 days from now. But the fine print said that the coupon code will arrive in 24 hours? Does any one know why?

  4. I resisted one day and then caved to this…sigh. But I am excited, seems like a decent deal! Keeping my fingers crossed I won’t be disappointed!

  6. I was so tempted by the $10 off coupon, and the high value of the winter box, but I was able to resist that. I just caved to this though. Oh well, hope the Winter and Spring are AWESOME boxes.

  8. You get the voucher, not the box! Been there done that and had so much trouble……I would have to do it knowing I’m committing hours of time trying to get them to ship out my box.
    I can’t go through that again.

  9. Uh Oh. Just bought one and noticed it says for new subscribers only. Tried to use the $10 off and it was invalid since my email was still on file and I wasn’t “new”. Ticks me off that loyal customers don’t get a break, just new ones. Have to think this one over, how can I be a new subscriber? May have to gift it.

    • I bought it the last time as a non-new subscriber, and applied it to a new subscription with my existing account info, and then sent them a followup email and they sent it out no problem. I can’t remember which deal site i used, but it was for the fall box.

  11. I just ordered the Winter box + water bottle, and it says I will receive it next week… I’m worried it’s not going to be the actual winter box, but the welcome box! Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought the FFF Winter box doesn’t ship until next month?

    • I just went back and read the “Nitty Gritty Section” and it says it’s valid through January 20th. Maybe it’s just a voucher? Lol

      • From RuleLaLa’s site: “How to redeem: Within 24 hours you will receive a voucher via email for your introductory subscription to FabFitFun. Visit FabFitFun online upon receiving your voucher to redeem. After filling out your information on FabFitFun’s website, expect your winter box to arrive within two weeks of shipment. Spring boxes will be shipped by the end of March.”

  12. Dumb question, but if we are a current subscriber would we need to cancel and then sign up again to take advantage of this deal?

    • You usually need to just create another account with a different email address.
