  1. Question…if you have already subscribed, then canceled, are you able to resubscribe and get the $10 off ? i tried and it kept giving me an error like it was only for new subscribers. i just dont want to pay $50 for this box when every other month there is a promo for cheaper ! How do you work this ?

    • It helps if you have another email address. I set up a yahoo account just for things like this, with gmail being my main address.
      Good luck! I totally see why you wouldn’t want to spend more than necessary when there’s a promo code out there.

  2. I signed up for the Winter box and received an email confirming it. Now I see that my credit card has already been charged.
    Is it usual for them to take payment for a box that’s not due to ship until December?

    I just received the FFF VIP winter box spoiler for a full size Juice Beauty green apple peel valued at $39.

    This is a great spoiler for me. I have always wanted to try Juice Beauty and this is a great opportunity. I know BB had the sample choice in there box awhile back and I didn’t choose a sample but would love this peel. πŸ™‚

  4. I receive my winter box free from referrals. A nice Christmas gift to me! πŸ™‚ I hope they don’t forget about me and try to charge me again like last time but they took care of it right away. Good customer service! πŸ™‚

    This is a great deal with or without the coupon! It is rare to get a box valued at over $300 for such a low price and I enjoy the variety in there boxes and high ends! πŸ™‚

  5. I just did their $20 off a whole year with that special perk that I forget the name of that I have no idea what it is. That sucks…. was that just for new subscribers though, anyway? I guess at least this way I know I am payed up for a year and don’t have to worry about the when they take out the money from my debit card and worrying if it will be there or not. I am upset with POPSUGAR though ( I had issues and they said I would get a November box—in my opinion their best box to date but no one has responded and my next box is December…. I am mega bummed and am thinking this may be the end!! I mean I LOVE smaller companies. They are LIKE OUT OF THIS WORLD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Birchbox sent me flowers when my mom died in April, and this past month I was having issues because my dad needed extra money because of losing my mom’s income and that left me w/$1.64 in my account when it was time for Popsugar and For the makers to send my box and the ceo of for the makers was so kind knowing how hard things have been for me I had no idea she was sending me this months box as her gift to me. It makes me want to cry, and then I want to cry when the BIG companies treat us like crap. Is it just me who has noticed this difference between the more like “corportaion” and independent starters with their treatment of their clients because that is what we are and at any time we can decide you are not meeting my needs. After being so upset with the past POPSUGAR boxes this one is fab and there is only one thing (the book I wouldn’t use but could gift or sell as I am on trading hiatus to help dad). AND THIS TIME WHEN THEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY I WOULD GET A BOX I won’t, and no one will respond….. it makes me want to cry and say I’m done. I was so disappointed by the fall special box and the neiman marcus box I agree with what everyone else is saying about how it is a waste. I would rather give Birchbox my business and get the vanity special edition!!!! They earn my respect and business!!! Get with the program “BIG CORPORATION” subscription boxes!!! I am a gal who has her degreeS in the field of communication studies and taught business and professional speaking among other course (college/university level) and this approach to business (i.e. not responding, not following through, especially with loyal customers) is not doing you any good because you know we will tell others when they ask that YOU ARE NOT the subscription box to go with…. it’s not worth it when you are made to feel like sorry for the cliche and my rant (but I have not sleep in over a day) but I don’t want to feel “like a number.” EVER!!!

  6. I really like a box to have a cohesive theme, even though FabFitFun doesn’t in my opinion, I think they normally do a decent job. I don’t really care about the value being $300, a lot of times boxes just include items that I’ll never use or have no interest in at all, so to me there is no value in that.

  7. I can’t decide whether to get this or not. I looked at all their previous boxes and although the value is there, the product selection doesn’t totally excite me. Only thing I really liked out of the last box was the apron. I guess I will wait for a spoiler. But maybe I will just cancel a few subs and get this anyhow with the $10 off. I’m so indecisive. Lol.

  8. I’m not sure whether to get this or not. I really want to see a spoiler first. I just looked at their past boxes and none of them really did anything for me. The value is good but most of the stuff in the boxes Dont really excite me. But maybe this one will be great. It’s just I have so many subs right now (popsugar, birchbox, ipsy, starlooks, beautybar, etc) maybe I will cancel a few and then try this one.

  9. I am also struggling with the FFF site. If anyone can help, I would be most appreciative!


    I cancelled a few weeks ago and did get the cancellation confirmation e-mail, but I still see a Cancel link when I sign into my account. I do not see a Resubscribe link or anything like that. How can I restart my sub?

    And, if there’s a way, can anyone tell me if I will be able to restart with this coupon?

    • I cancelled FFF but still saw the cancel option too. I contacted FFF via email and they said I was not cancelled. I don’t understand that but they said she would cancel for me but that I get the box free (that was the fall box btw) so not to cancel until after I receive my free box. Fortunately I made referrals so I get the winter box free. My suggestion is to contact them to be sure. Email them or call them, they have great customer service but I have big doubts in there cancel link because I definitely cancelled online and she was saying I was still going to get the fall box. I didn’t cancel since I got the box free (they tried to charge be nonetheless) but they took care of that immediately. Now I just hope they do not try and charge me for the winter box since it’s free from referrals. They do not have my new bank info anyway, but I want to make sure and receive the box. But again you can call them and it’s quick and they will take care of any questions or issues you have. It’s best not to have to worry about whether you are cancelled or not or have to resub, etc. They can answer those questions directly or through email. πŸ™‚

  10. How DO you cancel FFF? I’ve been round and round their website in circles. I can’t even figure out how to log in!
    Any help gratefully received here.

    • Here’s the login page link:

      When you’re logged in, you’ll find the cancellation option at the bottom of your account page.

    • From the website, click on “get the box”, as you would to subscribe- on this page there is a login and the cancel subscription link is listed on the bottom left-hand side. There is a mini-survey to complete and submit. Make sure you get an email confirmation as I did not the first time I tried. Hope this helps!

  12. I want to make sure I get the winter box and not the welcome box, but I’m not seeing anything that specifies which box. I’m afraid since I cancelled after the fall box, it will treat me as a new customer. I wasn’t unhappy with the box, I was just wanting to be able to use a new coupon code! Any suggestions?

    • I’m a first-time customer, also did not see anywhere to specify which box, and my email confirmation says I will get the Winter box.

    • I believe you can just email them after you sign up an clarify with them that you want to opt out of the welcome box and start your subscription with the winter box. That’s what I did and it worked. They emailed me back and said I could start with a winter box to avoid getting duplicates

      • Thanks!! I will do that to be sure! I wouldn’t mind the welcome box if I had not already gotten 2 each of the last 2 boxes. This is a great box…but only when it is $40! I wish they would just reduce the price and leave it there.

        • For those with reuring payments, i emailed to ask when billing will be. They informed me they would bill December 4th, begin shipping the following Monday.
