I know stretchy bracelets don't last as long as clasp ones do, but I love them since they are so easy to put on and wear. I'm not sure how I feel about the plastic parts of these bracelets, but I think they'll look better stacked with other gold bracelets.

Verdict: I really like the selections this month, I just wish my Aida necklace arrived in perfect condition! I'm going to check the box to see if the stones fell out in shipping and I can just glue them back in. Otherwise I'll let Your Bijoux Box know.

Liz, Is there customer service slow? I contacted them about a duplicate box they sent me m should have been November with 50$of add ons, instead I got a second Oct box. It’s been two days and I’ve received no response and I’m pretty mad. Tried Facebook (but posts disappear) and Twitter. No response.

I loved this month! I did not see any spoilers and was completely surprised. I really like the bracelets. The cube necklace is stunning, cool, and modern. It is very light weight and I love it, especially against a black blouse or shirt.

The Aida necklace is really beautiful and luckily mine is in good shape. The weight is awesome because it sits flat and doesn’t flip at all. Colors are perfect for fall.

Love two of these ALOT! But the bracelet with the plastic…. just looked poor quality to me.

I would love for them to print out outfits that go with these pieces (like Stitchfix does), as I love the Aida necklace but I have no clue what to wear it with other than a plain white shirt or a nice black strapless dress — very plain conventional options!

If you follow them on Facebook and read their blog, they have really great styling suggestions like Golden Tote. They also show how to wear them on Instagram. I’ve gotten a lot of good ideas from them.

My necklace also had a bunch of missing rhinestones. They are sending me a replacement so that is super nice of them. It seems a lot of people had a problem with that happening this month. I can’t imagine how they can make any money sending replacements to so many people!

I’ve seen a lot of the same pieces on sale for pretty cheap directly from China. Plus YBB probably gets a volume discount. They’ve got to be factoring this in, somehow, because loose/missing rhinestones is an inherent problem with jewelry of this type.

Their customer service is top notch!! I’ve had to have several things replaced. Once I got duplicate items and they didn’t even want me to return it, they said to share it with a friend and sent me what I was missing.

I love all the pieces from this month. My Cubist necklace came with a faulty clasp. I let them know and they sent out a replacement. I wish I could wear the Aida collar. It’s just too heavy. I’ve already worn the bangles and will wear the other necklace often when I get the replacement 🙂

Missing stones were always something I wondered about with this sub. (I’m leery of ever buying inexpensive jewelry with stones like this after this was a repeated issue for me with Little Black Bag. I went through like a whole tube of superglue with LBB jewelry — when I could even find the stones in the box.)

Don’t say their name… It’ll bring back the nightmares! I almost stopped with all my sub boxes after that site did what it did. What they did to us was wrong and I can not believe that got away with it. I still never got all my stuff. 🙁

I didn’t get all my stuff either. Was missing a pair of sandals (they just put 0 on the packing slip and sent me a big box with a broken bracelet and a candle). I did eventually get a refund, though, at least.
