Vegan Cuts Beauty Box Review – October 2014 Gloss

Floss Gloss Nail Lacquer in Donnatella - FULL SIZE! Value $8

Lovinah Coffee Bean-illa Detox Body Scrub - 1 oz Value $5

This Floss Gloss shade is the pumpkin spice of nail polish! It's a beautiful fall creme color with some subtle sparkle and shimmer. (FYI - this is a full size, but the full size version is relatively small compared to other nail polishes - only 5.5 ml. I never finish full size nail polishes, so this really doesn't matter to me, but wanted to mention it!).

If you subscribed to MSA01, than you know I'm a big fan of coffee body scrubs! This one smells amazing!

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box Review – October 2014 Skincare

Hyunia Deluxe Travel Set (Includes Facial Cleansing Gel (.5 oz Value $2.80), Healing & Restoring Cream (.5 oz Value $3.50), Facial Day Lotion (.25 oz Value $11), and Night Treatment (.25 oz Value $18.50)). - Total Value approx $35

Lotus Wei Joy Juice Serum - 10 ml Value $10

This skincare line is new to me, and it's free of parabens, fragrance, dyes, etc. so I'm happy to get a full set to try out.

I've tried a few of the different Lotus Wei mists and serums and this one has a sweet fruit smell - I like it!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $58. I think it's good for the price, and with the exception of the scrub, everything is a good size. It seems like over the past few months Vegan Cuts has been going for more quality over quantity, and I like it. What do you think of the October Vegan Cuts Beauty Box?

So disappointed with this past box. The hylunia products smelled rancid And caused me to break out! 🙁

My samples were off too! I feel like vegan cuts box is filled with homemade items or old items…which probably isn’t the case but a lot of the products just seem like lesser quality. The coffee scrub this month literally felt just like ground coffee, nothing else. I threw it out after one use. Not very impressed. If next month isn’t better I’m going to cancel my sub.

I also get petit vour. Their products seem fancier, like you’re getting your money’s worth. My friend just tried kloverbox and loved it. I might try that one too!

I absolutely love this subscription. Their samples sometimes can be quite small but they always have amazing products. I have found so many items I didn’t know I absolutely had to have.

It’s nice that they included a travel set to see how it all works together. It looks like a great box. I don’t subscribe, but I always enjoy reading the reviews.

I got 3 bags in my box. Really happy with Vegan Cuts.

I cancelled after last month’s box, but the coffee scrub makes me feel a tinge of regret. The boxes reviewed here always come with those pretty little drawstring bags, but the boxes I received never came with them! They just make everything look so festive.

Oh, I probably should mention the bags in the review – I subscribe to both the beauty box and the snack box, and they ship them together. So that’s why I get the bag – to separate the beauty items from the snacks! 🙂

That’s odd since mine have always come in a drawstring colored bag and I don’t sub to the snack box. You might want to look into that and ask them. I think they’re supposed to include them either way.
