Reminder – Birchbox Sample Selection Starts Today!

So I am new to Birchbox and have some questions.. I didn’t notice a message board like ipsy has so I thought I would try here! I ordered Birchbox about a week ago, do you guys know if I should be receiving November’s box? Or is there a waitlist like ipsy? My order says processing but I didn’t get an email about the sample selection so I am a bit worried. If anyone has any words of wisdom I would really appreciate it! Thanks!!

My son wants me to cancel his BB sub. Do I wait until he reviews the items or can he still receive points for reviews after cancellation. It’s on my account so of course I want my points 🙂

Staying on topic – My sister selected the tea mask today.

Curated box for me for the first time. Couldn’t resist trying the mask or the dry shampoo and that candle is perfect for the husband’s stocking during the holidays.

I’m not an Ace so I don’t get to pick until tomorrow, but I’m happy to see the special curated box. The candle is super tempting, but I don’t want another mascara or dry shampoo so I will be passing on that and hoping the candle ends up in my box anyway? 🙂

Aside from that I’m not sure I’m thrilled enough with any of the other choices to even make one. They all sound tempting but I’m not overly excited about any of them. I might end up letting the BB Gods pick my box again this month!

I picked the Buzzfeed Box too. I normally don’t pick anything, because I like the surprise, but I wanted that candle. The Amika and the dr. lipp are two of my favs, and I always like Dr. Jart. I am also a mascara lover, so I’m excited to try the Mirenesse. 🙂

How much extra is the Buzz feed box??i couldnt find it and im at work ina hurry…

I also picked the happy holidays hacks box. I love that they have a theme box to also choose from. I don’t like surprises so being able to see the entire box is a win for me. Like everyone else, the candle did it for me but I also love everything else in the box. I have not tried a mask yet so I am excited about that. I am very excited to get this box next month!

Wasn’t feeling the holiday box. I have more than enough candles, mascara and not feeling dry shampoo. I’ve also already received that lip balm before so I didn’t want the repeat. It wasn’t so great. I’m happy with my choice to try a new body wash. Hope it smells great.

I saw their spoiler for the four picks several days ago and decided not choosing anything this month. But today i got an email of the Buzz Feed holiday box! Super excited! Already picked that! Awesome!

I knew I wanted to try the Juice Beauty peel from the moment I first saw it. Almost went for the premade box because of the candle but after searching green-leaf’s website I can try tons of them for less then $2 each. Or just swap for the mini given to other people! REALLY don’t need more mascara or dry shampoo, I’m way too stocked on those! LOVE that birchbox is teaming up with (RED)!!!!!!

I’m beginning to get really pissed about this whole sample choice thing. Everytime they’ve had it I haven’t been able to pick because all of them are out of stock. Then today I received no email concerning it even checked my junk box, nothing. So I click the link Liz so kindly provided and it takes me to birchbox with a blank screen. Oh the anger birchbox!

I selected the Amika nourishing mask. I was going to select the tea mask until I received a full size tea mask jar from Gourmet Body Treats which I love and will last me for awhile. My sister tried it too and now wants to select the tea mask for her sample.

I sound like the only person who didn’t go for the themed box. The presence of dry shampoo was kind of a turn-off for me, which means one item I wouldn’t be using right off the bat. I also don’t really need more mascara; I have about 6 unopened ones that I’d like to use before they go bad.

I went for the Juice Beauty peel. I’ve been a little afraid to try peels but I thought that one would be mild and a good place to start, plus Juice Beauty products have never irritated my skin. (Avoided the hair mask because Birchbox hair samples are always way too small for even one use for me.)

I usually like surprises when it comes to Birchbix but this month I went with the Buzzfed… Just too many goodies to pass up.

This will be my third box and I have yet to get an email invitation. Is it only sent to customers who have subscribed for a certain length of time? I love birch box, but I’m a little bummed if I’m not getting the invites.

I had to go with the Buzzfeed box once I saw it! I’m excited to get this one in the mail!!!

I picked the Holiday Hacks box, I like the theme and really want to try the Dr. Jart mask. I also like that there’s a candle in the box, just something different.

I selected the buzzfeed box this morning. I’ve used the Dr. Jart mask before and LOVED it!! That alone makes the box worth it for me. And I’ve received another scent of the candle through BB before and it was also great.

I also chose the Happy Holidays Hack box, the candle was the selling point for me too!.

That Holiday Hacks box is AMAZING. I grabbed it too. It’s the first curated box they’ve put out that I really wanted everything in it. So excited for this one.

I was planning on being surprised this time but as soon as I saw the mirenesse mascara in the buzzfeed box I knew I wanted it plus I haven’t sampled anything in the box before.
