Nerd Block Junior Boys Subscription Box Review – Oct 2014 TMNT

TMNT Keychain Plush - Retail Value $12 (On sale at Think Geek for $8)

My husband loves all things TMNT, so this made him happy, even though he won't be attaching it to a backpack anytime soon!

Nerd Block Junior Boys Subscription Box Review – Oct 2014 Dragon

Dragons Riders of Berk Dangers of the Deep Graphic Novel - Value $6

Savvi Costume Face Tattoos - Value $2.50

These items are the two overlap items this month with the girl's version of the box. (The tattoos are different though).

Nerd Block Junior Boys Subscription Box Review – Oct 2014 Mario

Nitro Grinders - Value $4

Super Mario Mini Figure - Value $4 (Couldn't find the exact product, that link is of a similar figure/keychain from the same manufacturer).

My husband will always take another figure for his desk, so I think Mario will end up there. And this Nitro Grinder will be gifted - it looks like a good stocking stuffer item!

Verdict: This box cost us $20 and has a value of about $25. (That's counting the sale price of the TMNT plush). The value is never super high for the Nerd Block Junior boxes, but if you use all or most of the items it definitely is worth the price.

What do you think of the October Nerd Block Junior box?

My 6 year old enjoyed his box. He received Donatella as his TMNT selection and Yoshi for Mario Brothers. Next month’s box looks decent.

I always keep a box of little rewards handy for when my 6 y/o son brings home an outstand grade or something special like that. I think this would be a fun and easy way to keep my supply full without digging through all that little junk at the toy store!
