Batch Charleston Subscription Box Review - Sept 2014 Info

Each box comes with a card detailing the items included.

Batch Charleston Subscription Box Review - Sept 2014 Bloody Mary

Food for the Southern Soul Cinnamon Apple Butter – Value $6

Fat & Juicy Bloody Mary Mix – Value $12

I was happy to find a giant Bloody Mary mix in the box. This will look great on our bar, or gifted – either way, great item!

Batch Charleston Subscription Box Review - Sept 2014 Coffee

Caviar & Bananas House Blend Whole Bean Coffee – 12 oz Value $10?

Callie’s Charleston Biscuits Buttermilk Biscuit Mix – Value $7

I’m estimating on the value of this coffee since I can’t find it for sale online – but I can tell you it smells amazing! And a biscuit mix seems very appropriate in any southern destination box!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $35 (give or take a few dollars depending on the value of the coffee). Food boxes in general are never high value compared to the cost, so it’s much more about curation. For this box I think think the curation is great, and the value is pretty good too!

  1. Cinnamon apple butter and biscuits? Yummy!

  2. I love this company, although they did let me down on the last tour of the south box. The company has great customer service and their food finds are always unique and tasty. Make the biscuits that are on the buttermilk biscuit bag Lia and you won’t be sorry.
