Wantable Intimates is one of the subscriptions from Wantable, and it is probably my favorite box they offer. Like all Wantable subscriptions, you can heavily customize what they send you by filling out your preferences – and you still get to be surprised!

Pajama sets and robes are two categories of items I always seem to want new versions of, so getting a pj set in this Wantable box is great. And for the price point I was pleasantly surprised to see the set is 100% cotton!

I changed my profile before this box shipped, so I was hoping to get some warm fall socks and leggings, but these bras work too. Hopefully the October box is more fall inspired!

Verdict: I’m pretty much always happy with my Wantable Intimates subscription box – the value is great in my opinion, and I’ll use everything included this month. Usually they include a few name brands I’m familiar with – that wasn’t the case this month, but I’m still happy!

  1. SO I got a box today and was hoping that Wantables Intimates might be easier than the makeup. It came stuffed in the same size box the cosmetics came in. I opened it and it had a sticker like a bar code with my name on it. Hmn. Then unsmushed a $15.99 Nomad romper that is cute but cheapish, a pair of leggings that I also noticed someone posted run around $12 and a black cami that is from china, no tag so no clue other than probably 3.00 wholesale or recycled? No packing slip with price amount like the cosmetic box. I have to say when I look at the website, I see the facebook page, it seems like a great box for those that comment or post. I did not have the best luck with my cosmetic box– did not even receive an item listed, was not communicated back to when Mike (Michael?) asked for photos… about replacing the item. Ok Wantable feeling like there is not consistency amoung boxes/accounts.

    • I have tried and tried to like Wantable Intimates, but I have had nothing but trouble with them. The latest issue is a pair of pjs was too big but thankfully shrunk a size. After 2nd washing they started to come apart at the seams. This is just the most recent issue that I’ve had.

  2. Idk if someone can help me. I went on the website to change my preferences & their was no way. The only thing I saw on the site was options for the subs as a new member. Can someone please help me out before my next box gets sent out. Thanks in advance.

    • Hi Jennifer!

      It’s a little bit different on our new site; I apologize for that. On the homepage ( click “Select” below the collection for which you wish to update your preferences. On the next page click “Let’s get started”. This will take you to the quiz with your existing preferences already selected. Once you are done making your updates, simply close the page. No need to place a new order at the end. Sorry for the confusion!

  3. I got my first box today too. I was over all happy with it. The undies were the wrong size but they took care of that when I called them. They are already on their way to me. I will say that their customer service is WONDERFUL! Just give them a call. They are awesome! The pj set is very nice and soft. Made in Bangladesh. I looked at the symbols on how to care for it. I put it in my washing mashing on the most gentle cycle (I can use this cycle on my hand wash only items and even dry clean only!) then did a tumble dry low. Sigh… and they shrunk… sniff sniff. I am so bummed! 🙁 Pity party for one!

  4. I subscribed to this about a week ago and just got my first box today. What a tremendous disappointment. My size is set as large and they sent me two items that are “one size”. These things would not fit me in any universe. The pj set I got did fit, but altogether I got THREE items.

    No thanks. I cannot even find the spot on the site to set up the return. I immediately unsubscribed.

      I’m so sorry that you were not happy with your collection! To obtain a return authorization, go to your account on the website, scroll down to “Order History” at the bottom on the left. Click “View All” at the bottom. Then on the next page click “Return” under the order you wish to return. You will then be guided through the process.

      Please note that the pajama set includes two pieces; so, you should have a total of 4 pieces.

  5. I’ve only gotten two boxes, and I have not been happy with either. Last month seemed to be a sizing issue. My very expensive pajama set was supposed to be an XL, but was huge! I gave it to my mom who is a 3xl, and they fit her perfectly.
    This month is much worse! I opened my box and there are only 2 items inside! I emailed customer service, and have not heard back from them. I am so sad, because everyone else got great looking boxes, and I didn’t even get half of my items. I feel ripped off and very unhappy with Wantables.

      I’m so sorry you have not been having a positive experience! If you have emailed us, we will definitely respond. Our website was updated earlier this week and now our backend systems are being updated so it may take us a little longer to respond, but we will respond!

  6. Are we not able to review our items now?
    So if I’m reading the website correctly, you can return any item that you don’t like? I don’t know if I like that for an “intimates” box.
    Before the update I knew I was leggings, lounge pants and something else (I pick them up tomorrow) but there is no way to see my past items now.

      Reviews are offline until the end of the month. We just updated the website and certain features are temporarily unavailable. Please note that reviews are currently only being used by our merchandising team. In the future you will be able to add notes for your stylist. We do accept partial returns from customers in the United States. Please email [email protected] and we can give you information on partial returns. Please know that just because we accept items for returns does not necessarily mean they are resold. We want our customers to be happy even if it results in a loss for us.

      I’m not sure what you mean about not being able to see past items. You can still update your quizzes by clicking “Select” under the collection you want to update on the homepage and then “Let’s get started” on the next page. Just close the window when you are done with the updates; no need to place a new order.

      And yes, I am a guy, but I promise you that I can offer you customer service that rivals that of any of the ladies on the customer service team.

  7. I got the pink bandeau bra even though I disliked them in my quiz. However, the rest of the box was great so there’s no reason for me to return it. Thanks for the heads up on the PJs. They are already a little snug for me anyways so I’ll make sure to not put them in the dryer! In other news, I’m seriously disappointed in the Fitness box. I was hoping it was going to be like their other boxes. Oh well…

  8. This is still indeed one of my favorite subs, I’ve gotten perfectly curated boxes with good quality pieces, very rare with other boxes.

  9. My MIA intimate box arrived yesterday along with my makeup box. The intimate box shipped on the 3rd and arrived the 12th. The makeup box shipped on the 8th. I have not decided if I will keep the first box until I see the second box which I am hoping will be more like my August box which I loved.

    The items in my box are pink which I don’t associate with fall. Everything is pink. PINK. Also I received a thong which I marked as a dislike within my panties preference. I received a Rene Rolfe bow & floral lace thong in pink which is pretty. The reason I marked dislike on thongs is because of sizing. I think I will be OK with this one if I chose this box. Still I don’t want to receive thongs because I want to be able to wear all my items. Next up is the Sophie B pink lace trim chemise which is beautiful and comes with a thong which I am choosing to overlook.

    I also received 2 Pucker Up! underwear. One is pink stripe and one is polka dots including PINK polka dots. I dislike both. Is the brand marketed towards teens? The sizing is off.

    All the pinks matched beautiful and would had made a gorgeous spring box.

    • Wantable responded offering to replace the thong. Apparently there was a glitch or something that caused the problem. I must say in all my experiences they have been wonderful to deal with and accommodating.

      • My replacement box for the MIA box arrived today. I like this one much better. ThirdLove Helenca blue lace panties, Meundies Women’s briefs blue which I don’t like because I think they look like men underwear, Sophie B Pink Lace Trim Chemise, and Sophie B Lace Trim Chemise which is black with white lace going down the sides. I will be sending back the first box.

    • I wish they would ask what you really loved and what you really do not want to see in the box and let you type in your answer. For me I would say “For the love of all the other colors in the rainbow… Please!!! no PINK! unless it is like the cutest thing you have ever seen. Noooo pink.” lol… Pink and my skin tone are not friends. the makeup quiz is good. I said I hate pink as far as lipstick goes. But that is the only one that you can say no to pink. My last makeup box was almost all pink 🙁

  10. I received the pjs (black) in my August box. The shirt was snug. I’m so glad I returned the box.

    I’ve had nothing but issues with September. I clicked on a FB link for $10 off. It sent me to my profile. When I updated my preferences and hit finish customization, it automatically order the box. I only know this because I received a text . I emailed them and they said I could cancel my order or keep it and they would refund $10. I opted to receive the box . After a week, my order still states “ready to ship”. I emailed them again. I was told that they did not have enough items that matched my preferences. So I could cancel the order, wait until more stock arrived ( no estimated date ), or update my preferences. I opted to update my likes. I’m hoping that I don’t get a lot of things that I don’t like. They did give me a $ 10 store credit for future use. But if this is what is common for them, I am going to cancel. It is more hassle than it’s worth.

    • I was hoping to get the black lounge pants that I’ve seen on some reviews. I really don’t need any panties or a bunch of socks.

        I’ve been in contact with CS via email. I did update my profile last week like recommended so that I could get my box. I received an email today stating that stock was still low and they were not able to fulfill my order and it should be filled later this week. I am not sure what good updating my preferences did. I still have to wait for my box. Like I said, this is only my second order from Wantable, so I am not sure if this is standard practice or not. My August box was definitely a disappointment, but the return was easy. This month has been a hassle. I am hoping that this is just an isolated incidence.

          • Still waiting for them to ship my box. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow that I ordered my box. This is frustrating. I’ve updated my preferences like I was asked to do so that they would have items that they could send me and still nothing. Last I heard was on Monday morning stating they would ship my box out in a couple of days.

            I so wanted to love this subscription services. I guess I will stick with the old fashion way of driving to the store to buy my intimate apparel.

  11. Since someone from Wantable appears to be monitoring this thread, I’m wondering if there could be an option in the future for underwire bras? I find that I don’t really like soft bras but could definitely use some new bras and think this would be a fun (and affordable) way to get them. (I’m well within the bra size range found at VS and department stores.)

    • I’m with you on this one Sneaky… This box would be PERFECT for me if they had underwire bras. I am 38 years old, I have had 3 kids, and in the last year and a half went from 250 pounds to 130. The soft bra I got in my Oct box I can use. But most of those soft bras will be a bust for me I fear. I need something that holds like duct tape! lol

  12. I got the same strapless bra and bralette (in black), plus 2 thongs (one black with grey lace, another hot pink mesh), and a pair of pink and white striped bikini underwear.

    I liked all the underwear, but the bras are unwearable for me as a 34F (36DD selected on my profile). There is no way that bralette would fit me. I would have only received a $2 refund though for those two items, so I didn’t bother returning anything. I’ve made sure soft bras are disliked now.

  13. I just received my box today, my first one after searching around on here and deciding it looked like something I’d like. I didn’t get anything that you got in your box. I got two thongs a pair of the boot tights which I’m really excited to try and a bralette panty set. Quick question for everyone, the stuff in my box didn’t match what was on my packing slip is that normal?

  14. I also got the same set of PJ’s and loved them UNTIL I washed them. Like the previous poster said I have capris that are so tight I can’t wear them and a belly shirt. I gave them to my skinny minny daughter to wear. I didn’t realize I could return them or I would have done that. Strange thing though, I wear a small but sized up to a medium “just in case” and these things a WAY to small for me after washing. SO I sized up again in my profile.

    • Wow I wish I read your comment earlier. Mine were in the dryer after being washed when I read it. They totally shrunk too, at least 6 inches. I wish I had just sent this box back before I had cut the ribbons off the chemise. The pajamas were the only thing I really liked from this box.

        • My box did not arrive today. I looked at the tracking and nothing has been updated since the 5th. My replacement item for my broken hair accessory was shipped the day after the wantables intimates box and arrived today. It makes me wonder if this box is lost somewhere in the DHL/USPS transfer.

  15. Just a heads up! I recieved that pajama set in my August box and washed it according to the instructions on the tag. It shrunk to the point that it is unwearable. It’s now capris and a belly shirt! Ha! Luckily, Wantable has excellent customer service and will be taking it back.

  16. Liz, I got the exact same box except it did not include the magenta colored bra. But I disliked the bandeau style bras so maybe that’s why. But yeah I got the same colors and everything. The scalloped lace bra was sized up to a large for me but it was still way too small. I reached out to their customer supposed to complain about this and they said they had already sized me up to a large and basically too bad and if I wanted to return the whole box I was welcome to. I replied saying I will keep the box since I like the pj’s but that I probably won’t order again. They replied that it was my choice by to order again…obviously, but I thought that was rude. Now that I see the pj’s are only $20 on amazon I’m wishing I had returned the box. I agree with you about the bow, and I’ll remove mine too.
