I just had to share that BarkBox is amazing. My dog doesn’t really like the plastic/rubber/rope toys, so even though I already knew that don’t customize, I figured I’d email them to see if they could.
They did tell me they can’t right now but may in the future, but….that they’d send me a surprise and asked the size and breed of my dog.
Yesterday I got a box with TWO plush toys for him. They were the perfect size for him and he was so excited as he usually is when his Box arrives.
I thought it was amazing that they took the time and expense to ship me two products just because I asked a question! I didn’t complain, I didn’t threaten to cancel, just asked if it was possible.
Now that’s service!
